The purpose of this study is to understand the differences between the third- and sixth-grade students of Taiping Elementary School in Puxin Township, Changhua County and the differences in financial management concepts, English learning attitudes to English learning performance. The research results show that: (1) Kindergarten or elementary students who begin to learn English in the first grade, attend cram school or have tutorial class, prontend to be more effective in learning English. (2) Students who do not spend money easily and have the habit of saving tend to have higher English learning effectiveness. (3) Students who think that English is the most important, students who like English classes the most, students who want to learn English well, students who review English courses at home, and students who work hard in English learning, tend to be more effective in learning English.
