幼兒園營養餐點供應與學生飲食習慣之資訊分析

摘要


幼兒園營養餐點的內容及品質,是幼兒園學生健康飲食之重要關鍵。為提升幼兒園營養餐點之供餐喜好,因此本研究利用資料庫建構幼兒園營養餐點資訊系統,發展登錄營養餐點供應及幼兒園營養餐點喜好,提供家長及教師上雲端查閱之相關資訊。利用Microsoft的SQL資料庫,先將年齡、父親教育、父親工作、經濟狀況、餐點類別、餐點內容、餐點名稱、餐點成份、母親教育、母親工作、父母婚姻、性別、學生、營養餐點作業、餐點喜好及餐點內容作業等建入系統,進行資料分析。本研究將幼兒園營養餐點喜好資訊可以依年齡(6歲幼兒為最佳)、性別(男生為最佳)、父親教育(碩士學位為最佳)、母親教育(國中學位為最佳)、父親工作(交通運輸業為最佳)、母親工作(軍公教為最佳)、婚姻狀況(單親是父親為最佳)、家庭經濟(普通為最佳)、餐點內容(主食類為最佳)、水果類(蘋果、蓮霧等為最佳)、主食類(義大利麵、口袋餅等為最佳)、副食類(五香肉燥、三杯雞趐等為最佳)、湯品類(珍珠豆漿、竹筍鮮湯為最佳)及點心類(鍋貼、鮮肉雲吞為最佳)作分析並且以圖表展示。

The content and quality of nutritional meals in kindergartens are an important key to healthy eating for kindergarten students. In order to improve the feeding preferences of the kindergarten nutrition meal, this study used the database to construct the kindergarten nutrition meal information system so to develop the nutrition meal supply and the kindergarten nutrition meal preferences, and provide relevant information for parents and teachers on the cloud.By using Microsoft's SQL database,age, father education, father work, economic status, meal category, meal content, meal name, meal ingredients, mother education, mother work, parental marriage, gender, student, nutrition meal work, meal preferences, and meal content operations are built into the system for data analysis. In this study, kindergarten nutrition meal preference information will be based on age ( the best nutritious meal favorite: 6-year-old children), gender (the best nutritious meal favorite: boy), father education (the best nutritious meal favorite: master's degree), mother education (the best nutritious meal favorite: middle school degree), father Work (the best nutritious meal favorite: transportation), mother work (the best nutritious meal favorite: government employee), marital status ((the best nutritious meal favorite: single parent), family economy (the best nutritious meal favorite: normal income), meal content (the best nutritious meal favorite: the staple food), Fruits (the best nutritious meal favorite: apple, lotus), staple foods (the best nutritious meal favorite: Italian noodles, pocket cakes), non-staple foods (the best nutritious meal favorite: sweet meat, three cups of chicken), soups (the best nutritious meal favorite: pearl soymilk, bamboo shoots) and snacks (the best nutritious meal favorite: pot paste, fresh meat wonton) for analysis, and they are shown in the graph chart.
