大型重型機車騎士的休閒動機、休閒態度、 知覺價值與幸福感之研究

The Relationships among Leisure Motivation, Leisure Attitude, Perceived Value and Happiness for Motorcycle Riders

摘要


大型重機呈現穩定成長趨勢,且多數主要用途於休閒及旅遊。本研究以大型重機騎士角度,探討其在選擇喜愛的騎乘活動,如何在過程中獲得愉悅與新觀念?透過騎乘體驗,能否提升生活滿意度,以促進幸福感?並藉此推廣大型重機休閒至社會各個族群。 本研究採用立意抽樣調查,透過大型重機團體,及造訪中部著名的136縣道、139縣道、台三線等大型重機騎士熱門路線,發放線上問卷。共收集427份有效問卷,研究工具包括參與者人口變項、休閒動機量表、休閒態度量表、知覺價值量表與幸福感量表等五個部分。所得資料經由描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析與結構方程模式進行處理分析。 研究結果顯示:國內大型重機騎士以41-50歲的已婚男性居多,中產階級,多為大專/大學學歷,職業多分布在製造業或工業,每月平均騎乘一次,騎乘經驗在三年以上-未滿六年。高中職學歷與騎乘頻率越高,在「休閒動機」、「休閒態度」、「知覺價值」與「幸福感」皆達顯著差異。且休閒動機正向影響休閒態度、知覺價值與幸福感;休閒態度正向影響知覺價值與幸福感;知覺價值正向影響幸福感。 本研究也發現,休閒動機透過休閒態度及知覺價值為中介效果,能更有效提升幸福感。結論:大型重機騎士,選擇參與自我偏好之騎乘活動,獲得其自我需求之愉快體驗,在潛移默化中提升了整體生活滿意,有效促進幸福感受。

The numbers of large heavy motorcycles had been steadily developed and were used for recreation and tourism. The purpose of this research was to investigate how riders of heavy motorcycles gain pleasure and new perspectives. Furthermore, another aim was to examine if the riding experience could increase life satisfaction to pursuit happiness. It was hoped that heavy motorcycle riding could be promoted to members of the public. Data used in this study were collected using purposive sampling survey. In addition, the questionnaire was distributed to heavy motorcycle association members and heavy motorcycle riders interviewed on popular routes and 427 copies were valid. The research instrument was concerned with participant population, leisure motivation scale, leisure attitude scale, perceived value scale, and happiness scale. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t‐test, one-way ANOVA, and structure equation model (SEM). The research results indicated that the majority of heavy motorcycle riders were married men aged between 41 and 50 years old. Secondly, the majority were bourgeoisie. Thirdly, the majority were university and college graduates. Fourthly, the majority were manufacturing and industrial workers. Fifthly, the majority rode heavy motorcycle once in a month on average. Sixthly, the majority had ridden heavy motorcycle for three to six years. Furthermore, educational background and riding frequency made significant differences in leisure motivation, leisure attitude, perceived value, and happiness. Moreover, leisure motivation had a positive influence on leisure attitude, perceived value, and happiness. In addition, leisure attitude had a positive influence on perceived value and happiness. Besides, perceived value had a positive influence on happiness. It was worth mentioning that leisure motivation could more effectively improve happiness with mediation of leisure attitude and perceived value. In conclusion, the research indicated that choosing preferred motorcycle riding activities was associated positively with self demand and life satisfaction so that happiness could be found in an effective way.
