近來不斷出現企業未能給予員工適當的休息及福祉,導致過勞、職業傷害甚至面臨死亡。因此,政府積極推動「幸福企業」,並邀請企業共同參與。企業想要永續經營,必將打造「幸福企業」讓員工「有感」開始,「幸福企業」能讓員工為公司帶來無窮的正向回饋。 本研究將探討餐旅業之職場幸福感與組織認同對敬業貢獻之影響效果之研究。希望透過研究分析之結果,做為企業留住人才並永續經營的建議,提高員工的留任意願及敬業貢獻的態度,並且甘願為企業付出與企業共享榮敗。採問卷調查法並配合立意抽樣,以餐旅業任職滿1年之正職員工為研究對象,發放600份問卷,回收有效問卷為549份。 分析結果顯示,職場幸福感與組織認同對敬業貢獻之效果有正向影響。其研究結果顯示員工所知覺到的職場幸福感會對敬業貢獻產生部分顯著正向影響;員工所知覺到的職場幸福感會對組織認同產生顯著正向影響;組織認同會對其敬業貢獻產生顯著正向影響;組織認同在職場幸福感與敬業貢獻之間具部分中介效果。 關鍵字: 職場幸福感、組織認同、敬業貢獻
In recent years, companies and government actively have been promoting "happy companies" policies and practices. If a company wants to operate sustainably, it must create a "happy company" so that employees can start "with feeling". A "happy company" allows employees to bring endless positive feedback to the company. This research purpose is to verify the impact of workplace well-being and organizational identification in the hospitality industry on employees’ job engagement. Using the questionnaire survey method and cooperating with purposive sampling, 600 questionnaires were distributed to full-time employees who had worked in the hospitality industry for more than one year, and 549 valid questionnaires were collected. The results showed that employees' perceived workplace well-being had a significant positive impact on their job engagement. Also, the employee's perceived workplace well-being had a significant positive impact on organizational identification. Moreover, organizational identification had a significant positive impact on their job engagement, and a partial mediating effect between workplace well-being and job engagement.
