在目前的研究發現魚針草(Anisomeles indica)之植物固醇,β-穀固醇、豆固醇除了為人所知具有降低膽固醇的功效,並可減少心血管疾病發生率之外,也從相關文獻中整理出具有抗肝癌細胞、抗發炎作用、調節免疫的活性、抑制前列腺癌、抑制甲狀腺、抗關節炎功能等相關的藥理活性。 本研究首先將本實驗室日前所製備之植物固醇標準品,利用HPLC植物固醇類專用之管柱進行定量分析後,將所得到的β-穀固醇、豆固醇之波峰面積比(3 : 4),加以換算,得到在每1 mg的植物固醇中,β-穀固醇、豆固醇估計各佔含量為0.04 %、0.053 % ;接下來檢測以不同方式萃取魚針草粗萃物之植物固醇的含量,經HPLC檢測得到之結果:氯仿萃取之魚針草粗萃物中,其豆固醇和β-穀固醇,分別各佔含量為0.029 %、0.045 %;在水萃取(含5 % 乙醇) 魚針草粗萃物(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)方面,則均無法檢測出豆固醇和β-穀固醇的含量。
The phytosterol of Anisomeles indica: β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, at the presently research, people knew that there is not only an effect to lower the cholesterol but also reduce the cause rate of atherosclerosis. Besides, it orders some related of pharmacological activities from the related references, such as HepG2-cells, antiinflammatory effect, immunomodulatory activities, prostate cancer PC-3 cells, thyroid inhibiting, anti-osteoarthritic properties, etc. First, in this study, the phytosterol standard in the laboratory is used in the column for the purpose to analyze the phytosterol by HPLC. After the quantitative analysis, it gets the peak area rate of β-sitosterol and stigmasterol ( 3 : 4 ). Following the calculate, it gains the estimation of each content in 1mg phytosterol is β-sitosterol 0.04 % and stigmasterol 0.053 %. Next, it analyzes the quantification of stigmasterol and β-sitosterol which is extracted from different ways in the crude extract of Anisomeles indica by HPLC. The result is stigmasterol 0.029 % and β-sitosterol 0.045 % by chloroform; it can’t be analyzed the quantification of stigmasterol and β-sitosterol by water (included 5 % Ethanol) in the crude extract of Anisomeles indicaⅠand Ⅱ.
