在傳統製程中製作與水相關的產品時如本研究案例水景,如果要能夠確認水流型態與產品外型是否與期望相同,必須要到功能模型才能呈現水流與產品的整體,在這樣的流程上如果需要設計變更,將耗費相當多的資源。 本研究將以兩種水火同融水景作產品為範例,在設計流程中導入流體分析與流體模擬動畫製作,使產品在設計前端就可以預先提供完整的流水型態產品呈現,可產生與實際趨勢相同的流體造型,流體模擬動畫可提供產品外觀與水流型態的整體感是否與概念相同,而不需要像傳統製程必須要到功能模型完成才能夠作整體確認。希望藉由電腦輔助設計以及電腦輔助分析的方式,藉以提高成品品質,縮短研發時間,並作為未來流水產品製作流程之參考方針,以提高產業競爭力。
A satisfactory result, most of time, shall be conducted with consecutive measures and tests with working samples throughout whole processes. In the case, fluid flow patterns are been influenced by the factors of working sample designed and produced. It also costs a fortune by continuous working samples produced. The decoration device, with water and fire ejection, is the subject of research which simulates the product efficiency with hydrodynamic control, flow pattern animation, and design module implementation. The product performances were precisely computerized throughout simulations which offer comprehensive results to replace potential outlays and time. With this method, a cost reduction of working prototypes can be realized. Ultimately, a quality improvement and a contraction of product marketing presence will be a practical goal as competitive elements.
