摘要 近年來經濟動盪不安,許多有經濟能力的用車人口外移到對岸發展,臺灣新車市場規模日趨萎縮。為此,許多車廠在經營方針之層面必須迎合顧客多樣化的需求,確實掌握不同的顧客群屬性及需求,以提高車廠營收,而中古車業便是各家大廠搶食的大餅。現行中古車業者統計調查經營績效評估方法多以敘述統計探討,而中古車經營者,僅依靠質化或敘述統計方法對用車人喜好與需求而執行經營決策,或評估者個人過分主觀與喜好而影響實際決策,進而容易造成績效改善決策錯誤。 本研究以T公司認證中古車之車主為樣本來源,對車主的用車習慣設計與中古車經營相關20個題項的問卷。本文以推論統計方法如敘述統計分析、以邏輯斯迴歸分析找出不同族群車主的用車偏好而模式判別正確率為89.5%,本文採用嚴謹又簡單易懂的績效評估矩陣方法與管制界限試圖從20個題項找出T公司認證中古車有異常的題項,結果有5個題項需要進一步改善,題項為I7提供多種類之選擇如車型、顏色、配備,I10車況標示透明度如無泡水、無事故,I13車價的議價空間,I14車子保固期限的說明,I16交車時車子消毒與清潔度等5個題項。本文將此5個題項提供給中古車經營者作參考,以作為改善依據,藉此期能提高T公司中古車的經營績效。
Abstract The new car market in Taiwan encounters shrinking in this decade because of econonamic turmoil and some people afford to buy new cars move out to Mainland China. In order to increase the revenue, some of the car companes have to figure out some approaches to meet the diverse needs of customers and grasp the needs of target groups. Selling used car is the most popular way to cope with their problem because of the lower costs for company and higher acceptable for customers. Most of business performance assessments of current used car industy are according to the survey of descriptive statistics. Used car industy however only relys on qualtitative or descriptive satistics, or only relys on someone subjective or personal preference are easy fail in improving performance. In this study, T-certifild used car will be the source of study sample. We set up also 20 items of questionarie which accoding to the owners’ using behavior and relative business operation of used car industry for this study. The inference statistical methods, such as descriptive stastics analysis, will be taken in this study. We also use logistic regression analysis to identify the preferences of car owners. The modle of distinguish correct rate is 89.5 percent. This study introduces a performance evaluation matrix method and control limis which are rigorous and straightforward trying to dig out the abnormal items from the 20 items which happened in T-certified used cars. The result present 5 items need to be futher improved. There are the Q7, Q10, Q13, Q14, andQ16. Q7: The used car company offering a wide selection, such as models, colors and equipment of the cars. Q10: Mark the transparency of car condition, such as no waterlogged cars or no accident cars. Q13: The range of negotiated price Q14: The instuctions of car warranty. Q16: The disinfection and cleanliness of vehicles before handing over to customers. This study will provide the items for the used car operators to improve the situation and increase the revenue of used car business performance.
