人格特質對旅遊型態與旅遊風險知覺影響之研究

The Influence of Personality Characteristics on Travel Patterns and Travel Risk Awareness

摘要

近年國人對旅遊休閒需求日益增加，隨著環境的急速變遷與交通工具的快速發展，造成民眾旅遊上的風險不斷增加。本研究欲探討人格特質對旅遊型態與旅遊風險知覺的影響；而遊客因不同人格特質對旅遊風險知覺的感受程度也不一，有些人會在旅遊前充份蒐集適合自己需求的旅遊型態進行旅遊規劃，盡量將旅遊風險降低。
本研究以中部地區遊客為研究樣本，採便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查，發出400份問卷，回收361份有效問卷。研究結果顯示:

ㄧ、遊客人格特質對旅遊風險知覺的感受有顯著影響。
二、遊客人格特質對旅遊型態的安排有顯著影響。
三、旅遊型態與旅遊風險知覺的感受有顯著相關。

研究結果建議:
由研究發現不同人格特質遊客對旅遊型態與旅遊風險知覺感受程度不相同，建議業者可依不同人格特質的遊客群設計適合的旅遊商品組合並結合保險，因旅遊活動中產生的風險事件，多數都可藉由「保險」來降低風險發生時產生的損失，有好的「保險」的觀念也能及時避免生活中存在的風險發生，落實「保險生活化、生活保險化」，這是個向下紮根的好方法，並做為未來研究更完整的探究，以獲得更實質的效益。

In the recent years, demand of leisure activities and tourisms has increased rapidly. Subsequently, the expeditious changes in the environment and the rapid development in public transportation have brought about increasing risk in traveling.
This research is aiming at investigating the influence and existence of relationships among travelers’ Personality Traits, Travel Patterns and Travel Risk Awareness. For travelers of distinctive traits, sensitivity towards travel risk varies. Some travelers use to make proper travel plan by gathering information according to their required travel patterns, so to reduce travel risk.

The sampling of this research is from consumers residing at Central Taiwan, with among 400 questionnaires distributed,and 361 returned identified as valid. The research result:

1. There is a significant influence between Traveler Personality Traits and Travel Risk Awareness.
2. There is a significant influence between Traveler Personality Traits and Travel Patterns.
3. There is a significant influence between Travel Patterns and Travel Risk Awareness.

Suggestions from the result are as follow:
It is found from the research that the degree of awareness towards travel patterns and travel risk differs according to travelers of various personality traits. The insurance provider can therefore customize a composite travel insurance plan to cover for the needs of different traveler personality traits. As the damage and loss of most of the unpredictable incidents during travel activities can be covered and reduced by relevant travel insurance plans, an adequate knowledge and awareness of the importance of insurance is essential for risk prevention, and to implement “insurance in living, living in insurance” in daily lives. This concept can be added in further studies and researches, to achieve an even more substantial benefit.
