企業在面臨全球化的激烈競爭,為了維持競爭優勢,除了產品與服務差異化外另一個更直接更快速的方式就是節省企業的經營成本,在產業成熟度高的造紙業產品與服務差異化改善空間相對有限,因此如何節省企業的經營成本是一個相當重要的問題。 本報告將中部某紙廠為例,對於二十四小時連續生產之員工排班方式進行改善,現行的排班方式雖可滿足政府勞工基本法規及工廠的實務規定,但仍然有改善的空間,本研究公司成本與員工的特休使用率作為指標。 實務上多數工廠的人員排班,多採用人工指派,實驗藉由現行排班方式與出啟發式規則排班進行為期一年的比較驗證,實驗結果證明,提出啟發式規則所得到的排班方式更能為公司節省成本且員工的特休也可得到較多的使用。

Most of the plant's personnel scheduling practices, the use of artificial assignment, experimental way by the current scheduling and rostering of heuristic rules for one year comparative verification, experimental results show that the way proposed scheduling heuristic rules obtained better cost savings for the company and employees also get more special holiday use.
