瓦斯熱風槍設計流程研究與探討

摘要


熱風槍在工業界使用相當的廣泛,如:烘乾、熱收縮、起膠、銅焊接…等,由於目前熱風槍都屬於電熱式,需要較高的瓦數(市售1500W~3400W),必須要有電源線,所以在先天上有使用環境的限制。   本研究的目的為開發一個新形態的熱風槍,是藉由瓦斯燃燒熱源替代電熱式的線圈,來降低電的需要量,再藉由攜帶式的電源提供風扇使用,進而改善使用環境限制和攜帶性,而瓦斯熱風槍有個較大的限制,就是風量的變化會影響溫度的高低,當風量提高時,風扇吸入較多的外部空氣,造成流速加快,減少空氣的加溫時間,所以使溫度大幅下降,所以當瓦斯及風量都有調整空間時,溫控上就會相當的困難。   本研究藉由制定測試方式與自製治具,量化市面上熱風槍與本研究之瓦斯熱風槍風量比較雙方差距後,藉由電腦輔助工程及流體力學及瓦斯燃燒理論,進一步探討瓦斯熱風槍的進風結構與風道結構,藉由探討提出問題點,再針對問題點修蓋內部結構,來提高風道與瓦斯燃燒效能,降低電熱式熱風槍及瓦斯熱風槍在能力上的差距。

Heat gun is widely used in industry, such as drying, heat shrinking, plastic, copper welding ... And so on, due to heat gun are electric and require a higher wattage, there must be the power cord, so there are constraints imposed by its use. Via create heat by burning gas, replaced electric coils to reduce electricity demand, and improve the use of environmental problems.   The purpose of this study was to develop a new form of heat gun ,via create heat by burning gas, replaced electric coils to reduce electricity demand, and improve the use of environmental problems, The gas hot air gun has a greater restrictions, Is the amount of wind changes affect the temperature level, when the wind increased, fan inhale more air, caused velocity accelerated, reduce air heating time, Therefore, the temperature dropped significantly, So when gas and air volume has room for adjustment, temperature control on it will be very difficult.   This research through homemade tools, electric heat gun and gas heat gun to quantify, compared both gap, in by computer auxiliary engineering and the hydrodynamics and the gas burning theory further discussion gas heat gun of into outlet structure and wind tube structure, through discussion proposed problem points, again for problem points for modify, to improve wind tube and gas burning effectiveness, reduced electric type heat gun and the gas heat gun in performance Shang of gap.
