本文企圖瞭解我國高職土木科專業課程教育重點,然後進行比較分析與檢討,而我國高職土木科畢業生就業需具備那些技術能力?本研究將透過文獻探討廣泛蒐集與土木科有關的技術能力等各項指標作為問卷的題目方向。第一階段藉由李克特量表問卷對朝陽科大學生進行問卷調查,經分析結果成為第二階段的問卷。第二階段由李克特量表問卷對資深營建業專家進行深度訪談調查,經分析後選出專家對於重要性之題目再加以修改,成為第三階段的問卷。第三階段由模糊德爾菲問卷對產業界雇主、工程師、學校教師進行問卷調查,進行優先順序之評選,建構「高職土木科學生技術能力指標」。經研究結果發現高職土木科畢業生所需具備的技術能力,此研究結果可提供我國政府技職教育機構及高職土木科系參考運用。
This study attempts to understand the technical curriculum on education of civil engineering in senior vocational school. Then those courses were compared, analyzed and reviewed. What technical abilities are required by the graduate students of civil engineering in senior vocational school? This study explored the extensive literatures and topics related to the technical capacity of civil engineering to be the direction of questionnaires. First stage, Likert scale questionnaires to undergraduate at Chaoyang University of Technology were carried out. The analyses of first stage questionnaires became the second stage’s questionnaires. The deep interview and the Likert scale questionnaires from the first stage were proceeded with senior experts in the construction industry. The analyses of the second stage questionnaires were modified to be the third stage’s questionnaires. Fuzzy Delphi method was used in the third questionnaire to industry employers, engineers, school teachers. After analyses, indexes of technical skills for civil engineering of senior vocational school were established. Research found technical skills required by civil engineering in senior vocational school. Results of study can be as references provided for the division of technical and vocational education in our Government and the department of civil engineering in senior vocational school.
