PPD(p-Phenylenediamine)、MAP(m-Aminophenol)、OAP(o-Aminophenol)及2M5AP(2-Methyl-5-amino phenol),是目前市面上永久染髮劑最多使用的原料,因此將這四種原料作為本實驗自配染劑中的主要研究成分,利用本實驗開發的HPLC方法進行定量及安定性試驗,並且檢測二種市售染髮劑(日本進口及國內製造)的成分及含量。 本研究所建立的HPLC分析方法,其管柱為HYPERSIL ODS-C18(5㎛,4.6㎜ × 250㎜),移動相組成為乙腈:三乙胺(以磷酸調㏗7.5)為10:90,偵測波長為 245㎚,流速為1.0㎖∕min,注入量為10㎕,在20分鐘內可以分析完成。 在分析方法確效的虐待試驗中,加酸及照射UV,對此四種成分影響不大,含量都有在84﹪以上;而加熱、加鹼及加H2O2試驗中,對OAP此成分都有影響,含量分別下降至64.0﹪、46.86﹪及57.14﹪,而在加鹼及加H2O2試驗中,對2M5AP此成分亦有影響,含量分別只剩73.37﹪及64.04﹪。 在安定性試驗結果中,分別測試三種不同含量抗氧化劑Na2SO3在自製的永久性氧化型染髮劑中,在25℃條件下放至一個月,其中含10﹪Na2SO3自製的永久性氧化型染髮劑,PPD、MAP、OAP及2M5AP含量分別為95.57﹪、91.57﹪、90.57﹪、及92.15﹪相較穩定。
Abstract PPD(p-Phenylenediamine), MAP(m-Aminophenol), OAP(o-Aminophenol) and 2M5AP(2-Methyl-5-amino phenol) are the most common used in permanent hair dyes. Therefore these four ingredients were included in the formula of our self-made hair dye. The HPLC method was developed to assay the contents of these ingredients and to perform the formula stability test. And two kinds of ready-made permanent hair dyes(domestic and Japan imported) were determined by the developed analytical method. The developed HPLC method was performed with the conditions: column(Hypersil ODS-C18; 5㎛; 4.6㎜ × 250㎜), mobile phase(acetonitrile : 1﹪triethylamine㏗7.5 buffer=10: 90), detection wavelength 245㎚, flow rate 1.0㎖/min, injection amount 10㎕, and run time within 20 minutes. When the sample solutions were added the strong acid and illuminated UV light, the contents of the four ingredients above 84﹪showed quite stable during the stress experiments of method validation. And, the contents of OPA sample solutions were severely decreased to 64.0﹪, 46.86﹪and 57.14﹪individually, during the tests of heating, addition of strong base and H2O2. Also, the contents of 2M5AP sample solutions were obviously decreased to 73.37﹪and 64.04﹪ individually, during the tests of addition of strong base and H2O2. In the stability tests, the three different percentages of antioxidant Na2SO3 were added to our self-made permanent hair dyes. The contented 10﹪Na2SO3 formula showed significantly stable with the contents of 95.57﹪PPD、91.57﹪ MAP、90.57﹪OAP、92.15﹪2M5AP in one month of 25℃ condition.
