藷農對使用性費洛蒙滿意度及其忠誠度研究

摘要

本研究主要探討藷農的認知態度與對有機的看法、以及藷農在使用性費洛蒙之後，從中所獲得之滿意程度，以及是否會再次使用性費洛蒙。本研究以水林地區藷農為調查對象並發放問卷，共得有效問卷44份。分析方法包括信、效度分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、多元逐步迴歸分析等，研究之主要發現如下： 1.藷農對農藥的認知態度抱持不使用之看法。 2.藷農對有機的看法、使用性費洛蒙滿意度以及忠誠度上皆持較正面之看法。 3.藷農在對農藥的認知態度與看法、使用性費洛蒙之滿意度及忠誠度上皆未達顯著性差異。 4.藷農的認知態度對於使用性費洛蒙滿意度具有正向顯著的影響效果。 5.藷農對有機作物的看法對於使用性費洛蒙滿意度具有正向顯著的影響效果。 6.藷農對於使用性費洛蒙滿意度對於忠誠度具有正向顯著的影響效果。 本研究最後就研究結果進行綜合討論，並對有機農業經營階層與後續研究者提出相關建議。

This study investigates the sweet potato growers’ attitudes and per-spectives toward organic agriculture, and the extent of satisfaction by using pheromone, and if they will use pheromone once again.The respondents of this study are the sweet potato growers in Shueilin Township. There are to-tal of 44 valid questionnaires.The analysis methods include reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistics, one-samples T test, multi-ple stepwise regression analysis, etc.The main findings of this study are as below:
1.The sweet potato growers’ attitudes toward the use of pesticide are not to use it.
2.The sweet potato growers’ attitudes are more positive toward or-ganic, the satisfaction and loyalty of using pheromone.
3.There aren’t significant differences between the sweet potato grow-ers’ attitudes toward pesticide and the satisfaction and loyalty of using pheromone.
4.The sweet potato growers’ attitudes toward organic crops have posi-tive effect on the satisfaction of using pheromone significantly.
5.The sweet potato growers’ perspectives toward organic crops have positive effect on the satisfaction of using pheromone significantly.
6.The sweet potato growers’ satisfactions of using pheromone have positive effect on the loyalty significantly.
This study proposes comprehensive discussions based on the research results, and makes related suggestions to the executives of organic agricul-ture and follow-up researchers.
