中文摘要 國中兼任行政職務教師,除了本身教學工作外,尚有各項行政業務處理,以及面對家長強勢干預教師管教方式,相對加重了學校行政人員的壓力。適度的休閒活動參與可提升體能狀況並調適壓力,進而影響其生活滿意與教學品質。為此,探討國中兼任行政職務教師之休閒活動參與與工作壓力對其生活滿意度之影響,實為一值得關切之議題。 本研究以台中市立國中兼任行政職教師為研究範圍與對象,以問卷調查方式進行,於民國102 年4 月1 日到4 月30 日期間進行普查,共回收479份有效問卷。研究結果顯示,受訪教師之性別以男性略多、年齡以31-40 歲為最多、未婚者占多數、子女數以2 個為最多、服務年資6-10 年最多、擔任行政年資3 年以下為最多、擔任的職務以組長最多、任教學校規模以25 班-48 班占多數。休閒活動參與情形大約為每月至少參加二次;工作壓力的感受呈現中等程度,構面中以「行政負荷」最高,最低為「專業知能」;生活滿意度的感受呈現中高程度,構面中以「家庭滿意」最高,最低為「工作滿意」。 經迴歸分析結果發現,僅休閒活動參與對生活滿意度有顯著正向影響。多變量變異數分析顯示,基本資料對休閒活動參與、工作壓力與生活滿意度均有部分顯著差異。 最後,依研究結果,建議學校可建置教師聯誼室,提供撞球設備、影音設備、健身器材、棋藝。建議教育局安排休閒活動的頻率可由每學年一次改為每月一次,並提供經費。另外每半年舉辦一次學區校際聯誼活動。增進校際情誼,放鬆身心並提高生活滿意度。 關鍵字:休閒活動參與、工作壓力、生活滿意度。
Abstract In addition to teaching, teachers with administrative posts still have to deal with administrative affairs. Moreover, the parents’ enforced interference further stresses these teachers. The relative researches point out that adequate leisure participation can effectively improve physical fitness, release pressure, and enhance their life satisfaction and the teaching quality. Therefore, it is worthwhile to discuss the leisure participation and job stress of teachers with administrative posts as well as to discuss the influence of those two factors on teachers’ life satisfaction. This research discussed the junior high school teachers with administrative posts in Taichung City. It was conducted with survey questionnaires. The research time went from April 1 to April 30, 2013. 479 valid questionnaires were collected. The results of the research showed that the majority of respondents were unwed males aged from 31-40 with two children. Their work experiences mostly ranged from 6-10 years. Their administrative post experiences were mostly acquired from the section coordinators whose work years were under three years. The respondents’ school scale were mostly 25-48 classes. The survey also indicated that the respondents’ frequency of leisure participation was generally two times per month. Their job stress level was medium. Of all the factors, the administrative workload contributed to the highest work stress level, while the professional knowledge contributed to the lowest. As for respondents’ life satisfaction, the results pointed to medium to high level. Of all the factors, the family satisfaction posed the highest, while the work satisfaction posed the lowest. According to regression analysis, we found that only the respondents’ leisure participation has a significant positive effect on life satisfaction. By multivariate analysis of variance, we also discovered that the respondents’ background factors had partially significant differences in leisure participation, job stress, and life satisfaction. At last, based on the results of the research, the school authority were suggested to establish a teachers’ recreation room, in which audio-video equipment and body-building facilities be installed. The education bureau was suggested to subsidize schools to rearrange the frequency of leisure activities from once a semester to once a month. On the other hand, the authority should hold interscholastic activities twice a year to build a positive relationship among teachers, to relax their body and mind, and to enhance their life satisfaction.
