大學生性別主義與對同志態度之研究

摘要
本研究旨在探討大學生性別主義與對同志態度間之關係，目的在了解大學生性別主義及對同志態度之現況，並且探討不同背景變項之大學生，其性別主義、對男女同志態度之差異，以及大學生對男同志、與對女同志態度之差異情形，同時分析性別主義與對同志態度間之關係。 本研究採問卷調查法，以叢集隨機抽樣方式，抽取台中市公私立普通及科技大學院校日間部四年制大學生，共586人為研究對象，採用自編之「大學生性別關係與對同志態度之問卷」進行資料的蒐集，總計回收491份有效問卷。根據問卷調查所得資料，以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關進行統計分析。 研究結果發現：一、大學生性別主義程度屬於中度偏高；二、大學生對同志態度趨向開放；三、不同性別、不同性傾向及不同接觸同志經驗之大學生，其性別主義有差異存在；四、不同性別、不同性傾向及不同接觸同志經驗之大學生，對男同志態度有差異存在；五、不同性別、不同性傾向及不同接觸同志經驗之大學生，對女同志態度有差異存在；六、大學生對男同志與女同志態度有差異存在；七、大學生之性別主義與對同志態度之間有負相關。最後依據研究結果提出建議以供參考。

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between sexism and college students’ attitude toward homosexuality. First, we find out what college students’ sexism and attitude toward homosexuality. Second, we investigate the relationship between students’ personal background and their sexism, attitude toward gay men and lesbians. Third, we compare students’ attitude toward gay men with that toward lesbians. Finally, we analyze the relationship between sexism and students’ attitude toward homosexuality. This study used questionnaire to collect data. 586 students were randomly sampled from students of all public and private colleges and colleges of technology in Taichung City. The questionnaire used was created originally by the research team. We obtained 491 valid respondents in total. A statistical analysis was performed on the data obtained from the questionnaires, using analytical methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. Our findings show that: 1. college students show moderate to high sexism. 2. college students possess a fairly positive attitude toward homosexuals. 3. students’ attitude toward sexism varies with gender, sexual orientation and past experience related to homosexuality. 4. students’ attitude toward gay men varies with gender, sexual orientation and past experience related to homosexuality. 5. students’ attitude toward lesbians varies with gender, sexual orientation and past experience related to homosexuality. 6. there is a difference between students’ attitude toward gay men and that toward lesbians. 7. students’ attitude toward homosexuals is negatively related to sexism. According to our findings, we will offer some suggestions for further studies.
