台灣地區氣候與油漆中甲醛濃度之關聯研究

摘要


上世紀因工業發展造成全球暖化及氣候變遷,其中一個主因是大量的營造工程對自然環境的破壞,且建築有過度裝璜的風氣。在過去的研究中,建築物的油漆中含有甲醛,且造成人體健康的危害。本研究為了解不同的環境條件下建材中甲醛含量與台灣氣候之關聯性。因此本研究對於裝修建材的油漆甲醛逸散量,運用恆溫恆濕箱及攜帶型甲醛氣體偵測器加以檢測。將油漆均勻塗刷於表面積30cm×30cm,厚度0.7cm的木板上,放置於恆溫恆濕箱中。每2小時量測一次,依台灣地區四季氣候條件進行箱內建材甲醛逸散測試。並收集已完成的論文測試數據加以分析。結果發現溫度與濕度的改變對甲醛的逸散行為有顯著的影響。建議政府對氣候高溫的地區給予有毒建材適當的管制,並盡可能推廣使用綠建材,以確保國人之健康及建材使用之安全性。

Due to the industry development of the past century, global warming and climate transition are occurring. A substantial change around natural environment is continuing. Reasons of destroying the natural environment are the increase of the construction engineering and fashions of excessive decoration in buildings. In the past researches, the paint contains formaldehyde that causes human health hazards. In order to realize the relation between Taiwan''s climate and the content of formaldehyde in building materials, the concentration of formaldehyde in paint used for building materials is studied. The constant-temperature-constant-humidity cabinet and a portable formaldehyde detector to measure the concentration of formaldehyde were used. The surface area 30cm × 30cm and thichness 0.8 cm of wood plate was painted. Then, the wood plate was placed in the cabinet. Each measurement was recorded every 2 hours. Weather of four seasons in Taiwan was simulated in cabinet to measure the concentration of formaldehyde in paint. The measured data by several accomplished theses were collected and analyzed. Results showed that temperature and humidity had a significant effect on transpiring of formaldehyde Therefore, we suggest that Government should give proper control over the poison building materials used in high temperature areas. Government should promote the use of green building materials to ensure people''s health and safety of building materials.
