台灣地區室內環境因子對溶劑型塗料中揮發性有機物質逸散行為影響之研究

A study on the Impact of the Interior Environmental Factor in Taiwan on VOC Emissions from Solvent-based Paint

摘要


為了追求更安全、健康的生活環境,並對開放建材進口能夠有所因應,本研究藉由小型建材逸散模擬實驗系統的實驗方法,過濾選定本土塗料中之指標污染物質,以作為總揮發性有機物質的定量依據,並探討在台灣本土化的室內環境因子及負荷率改變的影響下,溶劑型塗料所呈現之逸散行為及其對室內空氣品質的影響程度。經實驗結果發現,塗料中確實含有大量之揮發性有機物質,本研究進一步以其發生量及危害程度為經緯將之過濾篩選,分別選定甲苯、鄰-二甲苯、間-二甲苯、對-二甲苯、乙苯、甲基異丁酮、乙酸丁酯等七種物質作為指標污染物質;另外,溫度及負荷率的改變皆對揮發性有機物質的逸散行為具有相當程度的影響,其中TVOC的初始濃度值及逸散總量在環境溫度影響下分別呈現y=251.33x^2-594.02+2245.5及y=3965.5x^2-9247.9x+42170等二次曲線的變動趨勢;在負荷率的變動影響方面,TVOC的濃度變動呈現y=7666.6x+9726.8的趨勢。

According to the results of experiments of the small-scale-chamber organic solvent evaporation detecting system, seven kinds of chemical compounds including toluene, o-xylene, m-xylene, p-xylene, ethyl benzene, methyl isobutyl ketone and n-butyl acetate have been chosen as an indicator of volatile organic compounds of solvent-based local paints in Taiwan. The temperature and the loading factor were affecting the solvent evaporating behavior of the solvent-based paints. The amounts of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC, y) are relative to the initial concentration(x) of those solvent-based paints by the equation of y=251.33x^2-594.02+2245.5 and y=3965.5x^2-9247.9x+42170, at room temperature. In addition, the relationship between loading factor and TVOC emissions was observed as y=7666.6x+9726.8.
