基於Android 平台之溫度控制系統開發

摘要


本開發已經成功製作出觸控式溫度控制系統。本次開發的溫度控制系統具備穩定溫度控制、友善介面、多點外部裝置擴充、多感測通道和記錄功能。本開發以友善介面及開發技術為重點。透過友善介面將目前的溫控系統中所需要的功能整合,完成高精密溫度控制系統。本計畫製作之友善介面高精密溫度控制系統整合多性能操控介面,包括即時顯示操作溫度、電流曲線、生產數量,進而將這些資料加以儲存製作成產品經歷,若產品有問題或者有更好特性產出時,皆可由貨號查詢出。   本系統採用Android作業系統當作控制核心,並搭配7吋的觸控螢幕與人性化的使用者介面讓操作更方便。控制系統含有大量的外部輸入與輸出節點可增加附加裝置。溫控系統則是採用目前市售穩定的溫度控制系統。關於系統的參數與運行資料經由網路上傳至資料伺服器紀錄,並且透過軟體可以快速了解目前狀況。透過許多突破的功能,與市售的溫度控制器區隔,相信本系統可以成為未來加熱系統的新趨勢。

We have fabricated temperature control system by android application system with the touch panel. Our studied temperature control system has the features of temperature-stable, friendly interface, multi-point external device expansion, multi-channel sensing and recording capabilities. Our study is focus on friendly interface and the development of technology. Integrated the multi-function of temperature control in the touch panel, the high precision temperature control system can be expected. The displays of our studied touch panel include real-time operating temperature, current curves, and mount of production. If the products were abnormal which can be queried by a goods number.    By compiling Android operating system and add the drivers into our self-designed application programming interfaces (API), the studied system send the data through RS232, which is on the development platform. Product implementation process, including parameters and sensor data are recorded in the database which is connected by web server. These information of goods can provide the access to data and analysis conveniently. Temperature control system using a heated stage process control can enable a maximum of 16 stage temperature controller up expand to 32 stages. So, a more precise temperature control were fabricated. The temperature control system uses the Android operating system with the touch screen for temperature control has been fabricated and until now has not similar products on the market. Our R & D products is expected to become a new trend in the development of the thermostat.
