兩岸三地交易複雜,台商企業如何能提升競爭力,達到永續生存,為台商企業不斷努力的目標。本研究目的即為探討專家如何運用組織理論進行企業改造,且提出專家輔導模型,探討個案公司如何透過專家輔導有效達成企業改造目標。 本研究以個案研究方式,結合專家訪談及文獻探討,提出企業改造之專家輔導模型。結果顯示,當企業缺乏及時及正確的資訊時,必須先幫助企業建置適合之資訊系統-ERP系統,而非馬上進行組織結構調整。然系統導入顧問僅會針對導入系統以既定方式處理,未能與企業願景結合,加以適時調整,此會造成系統導入失敗風險,更無法達成企業改造目標。因此專家輔導過程中會先重視「人」的調整,尤其是兩岸三地員工之特性大不相同,須充分了解主管認知、員工工作態度、產業環境,甚至法令差異等各項因素,再考慮如何與系統導入顧問配合,進行ERP導入工作。故企業改造,雖然必須先有完善的資訊系統,提供及時且正確的資訊,但系統導入關鍵成功因素不在於多少導入步驟,而是在於「人」的配合與改造為第一要件,始能開始進行ERP系統導入工作,並且能夠同時考慮經驗傳承,讓員工能持續具備良好工作態度與正確心態,才能奠定企業改造成功的基石。
The Greater China area has complex transactions, how do Taiwanese businessman''s enterprises to enhance competitiveness to achieve long-term survival is the goal of Taiwanese businessman ''s enterprises. The purpose of this study is to explore how to use organization theory enterprise transformation, in the present, expert counseling model of the case company is how effectively achieve business transformation goals by using expert counseling. The research method is by case studies, combined expert interviews and literature review to propose expert counseling model. The results shows that, when the company is short of immediate and accurate information has must helped by build the information system-ERP system, instead of immediately organizational restructuring. However system implementation consultant will only establish the way into the system ,but can not combined with corporate vision, To be timely adjustments might cause the system to import the risk of failure,will not be able to achieve business transformation goals. Expert counseling process will emphasis on "people" adjustment, in particular the staff of the three places have very different characteristics, has require to fully understand the various factors, including competent cognitive, employee attitudes, industrial environment, even decree differences and then consider how to import consultant with ERP implementation work. Enterprise reformation, must improve the information system, provide immediate and accurate information, the system''s key success factor does not import how many steps , but the coordination and transformation by ''people'' is the first element, that ERP systems can start to work, and taking into account the transmission of experience, that employees can continue to have a good working attitude and the right thinking could complete enterprise to reform the cornerstone of success.
