摘要


本研究探討組織氣候對LINE的使用行為、組織溝通效能與工作壓力之調節效果。首先檢驗LINE的使用行為對組織溝通效能與工作壓力之影響,再探討組織氣候對兩者之調節作用,試圖了解LINE的使用行為透過組織氣候是否能加強員工對組織溝通效能之認知,以及降低員工工作壓力之表現。 本研究以台中市地區(中區、東區、南區、西區、北區、西屯區、南屯區、北屯區)之從業人員為研究樣本,共發出625份,回收607份,回收率為97.12%,其中,有效問卷為572份,有效回收率為94.23%。本研究採用階層迴歸法分析資料,研究發現: 1. LINE的使用行為對於組織溝通效能與工作壓力具有顯著影響。 2. 組織氣候對於LINE的使用行為與組織溝通效能間具有調節作用。 3. 組織氣候對於LINE的使用行為與工作壓力間並無顯著調節作用。 研究結果顯示,良好的使用LINE對於員工組織溝通效能及工作壓力具有正向的影響作用,組織氣候亦可強化員工對於自身在工作上的溝通效能,增加組織溝通之效率。

The main purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of organizational climate on the LINE use behavior on organization communication efficiency and work stress. First, the impact of the LINE use behavior on organization communication efficiency and work stress is investigated. Then, the moderating effect of the use of organizational climate on the above relationships are tested. Trying to understand the LINE use behavior through organizational climate can enhance the organization communication efficiency of personnel, and to reduce the performance of personnel work stress. The sample of this study are collected from the Taichung area (Central District, East District, South District, West District, North District, Xitun District, Nantun District, Beitun District), and the sample consist of practitioners. A total of 625 questionnaires were delivered and 607 copies of questionnaires were returned, and the valid respondent rates were 97.12%, 572 copies were valid, and the valid respondent rates were 94.23%. This study uses hierarchical regression analysis of data, the study found: 1. LINE use behavior has significant positively influences on organization communication efficiency and work stress. 2. Organizational climate has significantly influences on the relationship between LINE use behavior and organization communication efficiency. 3. Organizational climate has none significantly influences on the relationship between LINE use behavior and work stress. In conclusion, use the LINE well has positively influence on the organization communication efficiency and work stress. Organizational climate can also enhance the efficiency of communication for employees and improve the efficiency of organizational communication.
