隨著國人出國人數增加,旅行業競爭相對激烈,旅行業經營者之間產生許多競合關係,因此業者應清楚知道自身在網絡中的位置與角色。本文首先以程度中心性 (Degree Centrality) 探討公司的網絡結構性質,接著建構二個旅遊網絡中的新評估指標,分別為公司關係活躍性 (Company with Active Relationship; CAR) 以辨識旅行業於產業中的主動積極程度;公司資源互補性 (Company with Complementarity Resources; CCR) ,以辨識資源互補性的需求程度。依此二指標活躍性-互補性形成二維座標圖,進行位置與角色分析,分別為追隨者、投機者、依附者及領導者。旅行業經營者可以透過研究結果得知本身在旅遊產業的競爭地位,發展其競合策略。
With the increase in the number of people going abroad, the competition in the tourism industry is relatively intense, and there are many competing relations between the operators of the tourism industry, so the company should know the position and the role in the network. This paper first uses Degree Centrality to understand the nature of the network structure of the company, and then constructs the evaluation indexes in the two tourism networks. Company with Active Relationship Identifies the active degree of tourism industry in the industry. Company with Complementarity Resources Identifies the degree of resource complementarity. Active-Complementarity make use of indicators produced two-dimensional map coordinates, the position and role analysis, respectively followers, speculators, dependents and leader. The company can know itself competitive position in the tourism industry by research result, the development of its competing, strategy and acquisition strategy.
