This paper draws on the literature of entrepreneurial network to study the evolved patterns of new ventures. The entrepreneurial network is analyzed as the content exchanged between actors, governance mechanisms in relationships, and network structure. The basic methodology used is a case study centered on the newly-created E. San Precision Coating Corporation. The paper shows that legitimacy derived from initial interpersonal ties is critical to the exercise of entrepreneurial actions. The actions, in turn, will contribute to the formation of complex networks of relationship. In particular, the entrepreneurial networks observed are evolved on the basis of social legitimacy and personal relations over economic considerations.
