新創企業的商業模式形成受到許多因素的影響,有些是外部壓力的驅使,有些是內在因素的改變,這些因素均會改變企業內部原本的動態平衡而產生下一階段的演變。 本研究試圖以共同演化的觀點,主要的目的在於探討三個問題:一、新創公司在不同發展階段商業模式演變的樣貌以及程序為何?二、新創公司在不同發展階段的商業模式要素如何與企業的發展路徑(機會辨識、資源取用、資產累積)共演化以進入到下一階段?三、新創公司發展是否符合「企業策略興業程序」的演化模型基礎,並應該如何加入商業模式的要素以及環境因素加以修正。 故本研究欲建構在洪世章教授所提出之「企業策略興業程序」的演化模型基礎之上,建立一個包含商業模式各個要素以及環境因素的「新創事業創業程序演化模型」。 本研究結果指出: 1. 總體環境因素與新創公司發展模式的共演化行為不明顯 2. 企業商業模式中的能力與資源有持續性 3. 企業會依據各階段不同的資產累積重新辨識機會 4. 印證企業辨識機會、資源取用、資產累積以及商業模式變化之相對關係 以個案公司發展為例,以及藉由分析我國行動支付產業發展之歷程,了解新創企業在策略創業過程中的相關影響因素與趨向,以利後續學界、業界繼續深入研究。
Business model is influenced by various factors when a start-up company is going to develop its own business. Some factors are from the environment and the others are from the inside of the company, but they all lead to the changes from the originally dynamic equilibrium. This thesis attempts to take a view from co-evolution and business model transformation to explore three research questions: 1. What are the models or processes when business model is transforming? 2. How does business model co-evolve with the development of a start-up company at different stages? 3. Is “Business Entrepreneurship and Growth”from Prof. Shih-Chang Hung the right theory? If it is, how to modify the theory so that it can explain the phenomenon? The results of this study show that: 1. The co-evolution with environment is relatively unconspicuous for the start-up company. 2. The abilities and resources in the business model are continuous. 3. The firm would recognize the different opportunities by their respectively accumulating assets. 4. The verification of the relationship of different factors from different theory which can be combined together.
