本研究主要透過團體音樂育療課程中的各種音樂活動與音樂元素,促進特殊幼兒的學習動機,藉此提升特殊幼兒的溝通與肢體發展。研究目的為:一、探討團體音樂育療對特殊幼兒的溝通能力之影響。二、探討團體音樂育療對特殊幼兒的肢體能力之影響。三、探討團體音樂育療活動融入特殊幼兒早期療育課程的適切性。本研究以質性研究為主要架構,並輔以量化數據交叉佐證資料,以多元的角度觀察音樂育療課程據實紀錄,研究分析資料包括觀察員紀錄、班級老師以及治療師群的訪談表,經由多方交叉觀察記錄並加以統整,將量化數據分析後與質性文字敘述相互驗證出研究成果。本研究對象以立意取樣方式選定大台中地區某早期療育機構當中的特殊幼兒,經由歸納分析資料後證明音樂育療的課程設計,對於提升特殊幼兒的表達性語言、理解性語言有正相關,亦可藉由各種不同的音樂活動來增強特殊幼兒發展肢體動作的意願。最後將上述資料交叉比對與分析歸納出以下研究結果: 一、 藉由團體音樂育療課程有助於提升特殊幼兒的溝通與肢體動作能力。 二、 團體音樂育療課程符合早期療育機構實務應用,並且適用之。 關鍵詞:團體音樂育療、特殊幼兒、溝通發展、肢體發展
Abstract The purposes of this study were to improve the development of the communication skills and physical movements of children with disabilities through music activities and music elements in a group setting on Music Educational Therapy. The objectives were: 1) to investigate the effects of group Music Educational Therapy on the communication skills of children with disabilities; 2) to find the effects of group Music Education Therapy on the development of physical movements in disabled children; 3) to examine the suitability of incorporating group Music Educational Therapy activities in the early intervention course for children with disabilities. The methodology was qualitative, with quantified data cross-referencing supporting evidences. The research was observed through multiple perspectives. Data collected from semi-structured observation records and went with interview from the observers, teachers and therapists. The quantified data were analyzed together with qualitative text description to provide supportive evidences for the study outcomes. The study was purposive sampling in the Taichung area. The research results were as following: 1. It promotes children with disabilities communication skills and physical movement after group Music Education Therapy course training. 2. Group Music Education Therapy course had positive effects on early intervention centers and Institutes.
