社會企業乃結合傳統非營利組織社會目的為主與一般營利企業經濟目的為主的混合型組織,由於肩負社會目的與經濟目的的雙重使命,使其在經營發展的歷程中,面臨了較非營利組織和一般營利企業更多的困難和挑戰。因此,社會企業負責人如何透過商業手段以滿足社會需求;如何將其經營理念呈現在經營策略中並確實執行,實是影響組織發展的關鍵要素。 為探討社會企業發展過程中所面臨的困境和挑戰、負責人理念的改變及其理念改變對社會企業經營的影響,本研究採用質性研究的個案研究法,以「卡帕尼企劃行銷有限公司」為個案研究對象,透過相關次級資料的蒐集,並藉由對個案深度訪談和參與觀察的方式,將資料做一整理分析以了解負責人理念是如何影響社會企業的發展與營運。 根據分析結果,本研究發現個案公司在實踐社會目的時所創造相當程度的社會價值,以及為達成經濟目的所必須承擔的風險及理念的妥協;且發現社會企業負責人的理念的改變和因應資源不足的方式,皆是影響整個社會企業發展方向和營運模式的主要因素。最後,本研究據此分析結果,予以建議,期望台灣的社會企業皆能順利發展並達成永續經營的目的。
A social enterprise could be regarded as a mixed organization, in which the social goals and the economic goals exist at the same time. Due to its social and economic missions, the social enterprise would be confronted with more dilemmas and challenges, such as how to meet the social needs without damaging economic objectives and how to execute the managerial ideology in its operations without preventing the organization from growing. Adopting the case study method, the study aimed to explore the dilemmas, challenges, and shifts of the managerial ideology as well as their influences on the management during the development of a social enterprise. This study chose “Campagne Store” as a case. Through the methods of secondary data collection, in-depth interviewing, and participant observation, all the collected information was organized and analyzed to clarify how the managerial ideologies influenced the development and operation of a social enterprise. According to the results, the study revealed that the focal company did create some social values while achieving its social goals although it had to deal with the financial risk and dilemmas between the economic interests and the managerial ideology. Besides, this study also showed that the shifts of managerial ideology of a social enterprise due to the environmental limits and changes and the reactions to the limits of the critical resources were main factors influencing the developing course and operating mode of a social enterprise. Some suggestions were also offered here in the study.
