變電站接地系統與直流系統計算

摘要


本篇論文旨在以IEEE Std.80-2000與Std.1115-2000標準為依據,利用Visual C#程式語言,編撰一套針對接地系統與直流系統容量計算之軟體,以供電力工程界作為輔助設計之工具。該程式可大幅降低工作人員之工時,節省成本,並提高計算結果之精確度。文中對於接地系統與直流系統容量計算方式、參數設定與計算程序均加以詳述,並針對接地系統之步間電壓、接觸電壓與網目電壓之容許值與實際值間之關係,及直流系統之蓄電池與充電機設計要點均逐一說明。並以工程實例驗証該程式之實用性與正確性。

This research mainly focuses on the calculation method for the grounding and DC control power system by using Visual C# program to develop a set of software as the design aid tool. This program can significantly reduce the working hours, cost, as well as can increase the accuracy of the result of calculation. The calculating methods, parameter set-up and formulating procedure of the capacity of the grounding system and the DC control power source are discussed in details in this thesis. It is also presented the relationship between the allowance and actual value of grounding step voltage, touch voltage, and mesh voltage. In addition, the key points of design of battery set and charger of the DC control power source system are illustrated step by step. Finally, the evidence simulation demonstrates the practicability and accuracy of this formula.
