便利店流場模擬與省能分析研究

摘要


所有便利商店皆以營利為目的,為了節省營運成本中之電費支出,又需兼顧店內環境要求舒適之目的是非常重要的。如何在配合便利商店內部有冷熱食物交錯擺置的環境,找到最佳化的應用設計,既能夠促進買氣,又能找到最佳化的節能應用設計,以達到創造利潤的效果。所以本研究的目的,是分析便利商店內氣體流場與溫度場的分佈,希望從冷凍與空調的觀點,能找出便利商店內冷氣源離開出風口後,在便利商店內循環時被加熱的原因,進一步控制減緩此發生的因素,以達到省能的有效設計。 藉由氣流場與溫度場模擬計算所得的室內風速與溫度,以便可以進一步得到便利商店內整體的流量分佈與熱傳方向與大小。再由現場量測得到便利商店內的速度值及溫度值,根據現場量測與數值模擬的結果,以做為改善空調運轉的參考。最後根據前述的研究結果可以提供便利商店有利的營運條件,以達到省能與營利的目的。

Undoubtedly, the purpose of all convenient stores is to gain profit. However, it is hard to find a balance between offering a comfortable environment to attract more consumers by adjusting temperature and attaining the outcome of reducing operating cost by conserving energy. Hence the purpose of the present study is to find out a suitable design in conserving energy by taking advantage of measured data and simulated analysis of airflow field and temperature field. The design of the present investigation is to simulation of airflow field and temperature field, and thus to obtain the distributions of mass flow rate and heat transfer rate and direction. Besides, by measuring the velocity and temperature data inside convenient stores, we can further confirm the trends of velocity and temperature fields through by numerical simulation. According to the simulated results, the present project tries to make a comparison and find out a set of better design parameters to improve the performance of the air conditioning system. Finally, the result of the present investigation can offer the profitable operation conditions for air-conditioning system and can achieve the purpose of energy conservation.
