建構應用RFID於LCD-TV生產流程之參考模式

摘要


RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, 無線射頻辨識系統)之所以受到注意主要是因美國零售業大廠Wal-Mart要求其供應商,須在所有的貨箱和棧板上安裝RFID標籤。不過,由於RFID標籤目前單價過高,所以大都用於高單價的產品上,像是平面顯示器、電視等商品上。而本研究中主要選用LCD-TV此商品為主,並且以LCD-TV單廠內生產製造為研究範圍,是為了降低生產製造時間上的浪費及人為失誤的產生,使得企業不斷朝向降低成本、提高效率等方向努力,以及達到自動化生產線運作;以長遠觀點而言,更要達到資料分享、貨物追蹤等優勢,使得RFID在製造生產中扮演重要的角色。因此,提出相關研究成果供後續導入者參考運用。 由於RFID仍在研究發展階段,並無比較完整的案例文獻可供參考研究,尚不知道其實際的運用情況為何﹖所以本研究主要以LCD-TV製造的流程分析為例,以ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems,整合性資訊系統架構)當作建構模式的方法與工具,將LCD-TV生產流程拆解成組織(Organization)、功能(Function)、資料(Data)三個構面分別加以描述,再利用控制(Control)觀點的eEPC圖(extended Event-Driven Process Chain Diagram)將各構面元件整合成完整的參考流程模型。 本研究的貢獻將可做為其他廠或是其他商品上的應用參考,將改善LCD-TV生產流程中人工作業上的時間縮短與失誤,達到作業效率與品質上的提升,以及在商品資料上的資料關聯性,使得商品上的資料更趨於完整性。

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) receives the attention mainly is because a major U.S. retail factory known as Wal-Mart, asked its suppliers, to place RFID labels in all cartons and pallets. But the unit price of RFID labels are still way too high, which is why they are so greatly used on high unit-priced products instead; for example, Flat Panel Displays, TV, and etc. Under such research background, the goal of this research is to study the inducting of RFID into the flow construction of the production manufacturing of LCD TV. In order to improve a enterprise’s competition in such a highly-competitive market; an enterprise has to lower its cost on production manufacturing and man-made errors, by continuingly lowering their costs and improve its efficiency, to reach the purpose of automatic production line operation. Looking in long-terms, strengths of information sharing and products tracking make RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) play an important role in the production manufacturing. Therefore, a related research result is provided later for inductors to refer to and operate. Because RFID is still in research development stage, there are no complete case documentations to refer to or research. Practical operation conditions remain unknown. Thus, this research uses mainly the process analysis of LCD-TV manufacturing for example, utilizing ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems) as a construction model’s method and tool. The idea was to split the LCD-TV’s production progress into Organization, Function, and Data constructions, and describe them separately; then by using the Control view of eEPC (extended Event-Driven Process Chain Diagram), integrate the components of each construction into a complete process structure. This will explain the analysis content of inducting the RFID system into the production process of LCD-TV. This research’s contribution can do other factories or other goods reference. It is improving man-made time and errors on LCD-TV production manufacturing, and reaching to promote the work efficiency and quality. And it’s making the goods data integrity gradually because data connection in goods data.
