十二種中草藥抗氧化能力分析

摘要


本研究以12種自古流傳的中草藥作為本次研究的目標,希望能找出具有抗氧化功能的效果。除了使用一般常見的抗氧化檢驗方法:螯合亞鐵離子、還原力、清除DPPH自由基能力外,增加最新檢測數種自由基的方法:超微弱化學冷光法,進一步的分辨出各種中草藥在抗氧化作用上的不同功效。 經過六種抗氧化實驗的測定,驗證這12種中草藥都具有抗氧化的能力。所有的樣品中抗氧化效果最好的是仙草,其次是蓮葉、丹蔘、蓮子芯、薑黃。不論是螯合亞鐵離子、還原力、清除DPPH自由基、Superoxide anion、 Hydroxyl radical及 Peroxyl radical都有不錯的效果。而麥門冬與西紅花,在還原力、清除DPPH 、Superoxide anion、Peroxyl radical、Hydroxyl radical的效果並不好,甚至無螯合亞鐵離子及清除Peroxyl radical的能力。且經過高效能液相層進行成分分析,發現抗氧化效果效優的中草藥樣品,也都明顯地出現波峰。

This research regards 12 kinds of Chinese herbal spreading the goal of this research from ancient times as, hope to find out the result with anti-oxidant function. Except use the generally common anti-oxidant method of inspection:Ferrous ion chelating activity、DPPH radical scavenging activity、Reducing power, Increase the method to measure several kinds of free radicals newly:Ultra-weak Chemiluminescence,in detail one tells different efficiency in resisting the oxidation of various kinds of Chinese herbal medicines. Through the survey of six kinds of anti-oxidant experiments , prove that these 12 kinds of Chinese herbal all have anti-oxidant ability . It was the Mesona chinensis Benth that it had the best result that anti-oxidant in all samples, secondly it is leaf of the Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn、Salyia miltiorrhiza Bunge、seeds core of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn、Curcuma aromatica Salisb (turmeric).No matter Ferrous ion chelating activity、DPPH radical scavenging activity、Reducing power Superoxide anion 、Hydroxyl radical and Peroxyl radical have a good result。And Liriope spicata Lour winter and Xihonghua,it is not good to reduce strength , Reducing power、DPPH radical scavenging activity、Superoxide anion 、Hydroxyl radical and Peroxyl radical ,even have no Ferrous ion chelating activity and ability to remove Peroxyl radical.And analysis with High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), the Chinese herbal sample finding the anti-oxidant result with excellent result, all present the crest obviously.
