護理人員專用平板電腦之操作介面與使用性 研究

摘要

台灣為全球第三大資訊工業生產國，電腦產業為我國重要的經濟活動之一，而目前新興的電腦產業產品為平板電腦（Tablet PC），台灣正面臨產業結構的改變，如何蛻變因應新市場需求，如何調節自身的產品研發與行銷策略，持續企業生命達到永續經營，進而取得國際市場的競爭優勢，將是台灣平板式電腦產業在二十一世紀裡重要的努力目標。

在SARS流行時，護理人員在第一線承擔極大的壓力，在繁忙的工作中，對於資料的紀錄謄寫等都是每天必備的工作要素。若是能結合平板電腦輔以互動式介面的相關輔助。相信能提升工作效率並減少壓力。

本計畫針對專業族群，從醫護人員中，採抽樣訪問調查方式，瞭解專業族群層對使用平板電腦需求差異，並透過互動性設計原則，以電腦建構符合護理專業族群使用之平板電腦介面構想圖。並再次透過電腦互動模擬，經由使用族群模擬操作實驗，以求出最佳構想模擬介面，進而製作實際操作之平板電腦操作介面。最後透過電腦化動作時間分析系統以及介面分析各實體模型之績效，歸納導出最佳化之平板電腦操作介面。

本研究將藉由上述研究及探討分析，提供給產業界在開發平板電腦時，能夠藉由本研究之設計發展模式，對於不同使用族群之需求開發出最佳化之操作介面，進而保有更深厚的國際競爭優勢。

Taiwan is the third most information industrial production country, computer industry is one of important economic business. However, the new product of computer industry is “Tablet PC”, Taiwan is face to a change in the industry structure. How to transit for the new marketing demand? How to adjust the product research and develop to get the ahead in international marketing? That is the important expectative to tablet PC industry in 21 century in Taiwan.
During the SARS epidemic, the nursing personnel have to bear extremely heavy stress. To record and transcript all kinds of medical data is a daily work during the busy hours. If we could use the Tablet PC in an interactive interface to help to do this kind of job, it is believed that it could raise work efficiency and to decrease the tension or stress.
The nursing staff’s heavy workload has already exceeded the human brain’s range. Working memory, time reminders, working capacity, patients’ case notes etc., all are complicated but inevitable work that must be done. However, the Tablet PC features easy-input, portable, convenient recording etc, and fully satisfies the nursing staff’s working requirements.
The research discuss and analyze by upper research ，offer industrial when developing the Tablet PC by this research mode. Developing the best interactive interface and have greater international competitive advantage.
