知識型技術服務業關鍵成功因素之研究

摘要


高科技產業近幾年在國人的心目中佔有極重的份量,每年均會有科技公司造就了所謂的科技新貴,動則身價上千萬元的從業人員,或是身價上億元的公司高級幹部。這些可能讓一般市井小民一輩子也累積不到的財富,卻一再地以故事般的出現於報章媒體,著實令人對於這些高科技公司成功的背景與因素投以好奇與羨慕的眼光。 然而,在這些光鮮亮眼的高科技企業背後,存在著一群為其創造產品附加價值的知識型技術服務業。憑藉著專業的人才、一流的技術、先進的設備、優質的服務與高績效的卓越經營,協助這些高科技企業創造其產品的創新與產品的價值。 任何一個企業要營運成功都不是一件容易的事,尤其是要長期持續的經營成功( sustainable success )更是難上加難。本研究以知識型技術服務業中的電性及電子檢驗服務之電磁波檢測認證產業為主,並對於36家高科技企業需要電磁波檢測認證產業提供專業之技術服務者深入問卷調查,並以進行分析與統計而得到相關的驗證。 本研究應用了「關鍵成功因素」(critical success factor),「競爭優勢」(competitive advantage) ,「企業文化」(corporate culture),「創新能力」(innovative capability),「核心競爭力」(core competency) 以及「知識管理」(knowledge management, KM)與顧客導向(customer oriented)等論點為主軸,並據此衍生其他相關之觀點與競爭優勢之關係,以探討知識型技術服務業的關鍵成功因素。 研究結果發現,企業文化會明顯的影響企業創新能力、核心競爭力、知識管理以及顧客導向等做法的發展,然而由於高科技產業注重研發成果的特性,使得高科技產業普遍認為創新能力與核心競爭力是形成企業競爭優勢的主要關鍵成功因素。

The hi-tech industry plays an important role among the local citizens because it generates some millionaires or billionaires every year, who are either the employees or CEOs in these companies. The whopping amount of fortune, an impossible dream for ordinary people, was recorded in the media over and over again. This phenomenon piques our curiosity and jealousy of what in the world makes these corporations succeed. However, behind the glamorous outlook of these hi-tech industries exists the knowledge-based technology service industry, which invents added value for products because of its professional staff, advanced skills, state-of-the-art facilities, premium quality service and excellent operation with high performance. Click is not easy for any business, especially a sustainable success. Among knowledge-based technology service industry, this study focuses on EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) testing and certification laboratory. Questionnaires are distributed to 36 hi-tech corporations, which need the service of EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) testing and certification laboratory, and then an analysis is carried out. The main emphases of this research are: critical success factor, competitive advantage, corporate culture, innovative capability, core competency, KM (knowledge management) and customer orientated. Relevant viewpoints and relationships are discussed to probe the determinants of success for knowledge-based technology service industry.
