緊線器操作方式探討及其改善之研究

摘要


本研究藉由相關文獻探討瞭解手工具設計原則及在重覆操作過程中較易受傷肌肉群,並針對緊線器在操作過程中,因晃動無法有效握持而導置手部易疲累及拉線速度降低,經由力學之動作分析及實驗的方式加以探討。 首先是先期實驗、過程在於探討緊線器有無操作把手以不同姿勢操作時的關係及操作過程中有無操作把手是否有顯著差異,在實驗中提出水平裝置圓柱型握把以實驗的方式加以探討,結果發現當有握把時對於操作穩定度較好,而手部負荷有握把感覺亦較輕鬆,但有無操作把手以不同姿勢操作並無顯著差異。 依據上述結果,另設計水平握距較短的圓型握把、及垂直方向裝置圓柱型握把等二種型式的緊線器操作把手,與前述之水平裝置圓柱型握把以實驗的方式加以探討比較其差異,結果發現垂直及水平裝置圓柱型握把較圓柱型握佳,但仍舊無法完全改善其行操作過程中晃動的情況。 接著正式實驗是根據先期實驗的結果,設計出3種不同握距之水平裝置圓柱型握把及60°、45°兩種垂直裝置圓柱型握把,並依據力學上之動作分析結果,設計一與緊線器結合之支架,藉以探討並找出此5種型態握把在有支架及無支架配合下較好的組合。期望此結果能提供相關手工具設計之參考,並讓使用者在操作時除了可以提升效率外,亦可防止手部的不適和傷害。

This study uses relevant documents to discuss and understand the principles of designing hand tools and muscle groups that are easily injured during repetitive operation. To address the problems of tiredness in the hand and the reduction of pulling speed caused by failure to effectively hold wire grip during operation caused by shaking, further discussion is carried out via analysis and experiment on dynamic action. The preliminary experiment is performed first; the process is made for exploring relationships between operating the wire grip with or without gripping in different postures, as well as the obvious difference between wire grips with or without handle. During the experiment, a round handle installed in a horizontal device is explored. The result shows that operating stability is better when there is handle and the load upon the hand is lighter. However, there is no obvious difference from operating with or without a handle in different postures. According to the above-mentioned results, round handles with a shorter horizontal holding distance and round handles installed vertically are designed. Further discussion is made from comparing with the above-mentioned round handle installed in a horizontal device for any difference via experiment. The result shows that the round handles in vertical and horizontal devices are better than the round handle, but they still cannot completely improve the problem of shaking during operation. The following official experiment is based upon results from preliminary experiments and uses horizontal handle designs with 3 different holding distances and vertical handles at 60° and 45°. Results are analyzed according to the dynamic action, where a support to combine with the wire grip is designed for exploring and discovering a better combination for handles in these 5 types under cooperation with and without support. It is expected that the result can provide reference for the design of relevant hand tools, which also allows user to improve efficiency, prevent discomfort and hand injury during operation.
