管道式冷氣機室內主機製造鏈選定之量化研究

摘要


傳統製造業之中心工廠在進行生產線變更時,通常以過去經驗或相仿之生產技術來進行延伸與檢討,針對本身工廠之製程特性、商品機構特性、還有供應商選別,大多數未列入參考,導致新生產線完成後,再來要求商品之機構設計與供應商供貨配合新生產線之製程特性,最後影響整個製造鏈之間的契合度,生產效益也不如預期。 本研究在新式生產線建立之前,即以量化研究方式涵蓋整個製造鏈之範圍予以檢討及分析,並藉由P公司之工廠實例研究,驗證量化研究在生產線改善之運用上,所帶來的優勢與效果。 本論文之研究結果顯示,量化研究與實例驗證之生產線案例對應相輔,確認本文之量化研究,可以實現在產業界之生產線改良上,亦證明了其可行性與有效性。本研究對於業界規劃新生產線時,能提供整合製造鏈之新觀念與提升效率之參考,對未來之理論研究也會有更大的幫助。

Center factory of the traditional manufacturing industry is while carrying on the production line change , usually extend and make a self-criticism with experience or the similar production technology in the past , make about factory characteristic Cheng , goods organization's characteristic and supplier choose , the majority is seldom listed in and consulted , after causing the new production line to finish , Is it require organization of goods is it is it cooperate with to make characteristic Cheng new production line to supply with supplier to design to come and then , influence the whole cooperation which makes the chain , the productivity effect is also not so good as expectancy . This research , before the new-type production line is set up , namely contain the whole range which make the chain and make a self-criticism and analyse by way of studying in quantization , and with factory case study, in order to prove that the new-type manufacture system uses the advantage and result brought after quantization network analysis . The result of study of this thesis shows , the production line case verified in quantization research and instance is complemented correspondingly, confirm the quantization research of this text, can realize in the production line of the industrial circle is improved , have also proved its feasibility and validity .
