引擎動力遙控撲翼機之開發

摘要


本研究的目標在於活用四連桿機構開發一台以引擎作動力、翼展兩公尺的撲翼機。設計上以平面薄膜式機翼提供升力及推力,經由風洞實驗掌握風速、攻角對撲翼飛行中升力與推力之影響,由實驗數據可知撲翼頻率3Hz的狀態下最大升力約3.75公斤,推力達到約兩公斤。最後並實際進行試飛。 試飛分無動力滑翔能力與動力撲翼飛行性能兩階段。其結果良好,實際飛行距離已達三十公尺遠。本研究已獲得初步成功。尾翼剛性與控制部份可再改良,防止撲翼機在歪斜時無法修正而墜毀。論文中對設計方法與製作過程也詳加討論。

The goal of this research is to use a four-bar linkage to develop an ornithopter which the source of the power comes from the engine, and the goal of the span is two meters. In the design, we use membrane wings to provide the lifting force and the thrust force. By the wind tunnel experiment, we can realize the influence by grasping the wind speed and the angle. Due to the empirical datum, we have found out while the wing frequency is 3Hz, the biggest lifting force is approximately 3.75 kilograms, and the thrust force is approximately two kilograms. Finally, we will also carry out a real flight test. The flight test dividedly makes an experiment both powerless force glide ability and motive flapping wing performance. The result is good, The actual flight way is approximately 30 meters, and the research obtained basic success. Besides, the tail wing rigidity and the control part should be improved to prevent the ornithopter. While the ornithopter is in a crooked condition, the ornithopter will unable to revise, it will cause a crash. In the thesis, the design method and the making process are also discussed in details.
