摘要

本論文主要在提供一個以第二層網路交換器為主體，修改其軟體系統後，作為自動化測試工具，以低廉的成本、少量的人力、極少的時間且簡單易用的方式進行第二層網路交換器的研發測試。提供虛擬區域網路( IEEE 802.1Q VLAN) 的自動化測試，提出Management VLAN 測試項目，補全IOL不足的測試項目。並提供此自動測試工具更多測試pattern生產之功能，以利於找出自動化測試無法通過之測試項目的問題所在，並彌補自動化測試與手動測試不能共同使用同一測試環境及各種測試項目需分用不同測試軟體之缺憾。

A Layer-2 switch which is modified on software is used to test IEEE-802.1Q VLAN automatically in this thesis. This system is able to reduce the money, manpower and time to execute automatic testing. The Management VLAN Testing Case in this thesis is a necessary complement of IOL VLAN Testing Case. This thesis also put forward a plan to improving the function of this automatic testing tool. There are more testing patterns are available for testing in this thesis. They can use to locate the bug after automatic testing without rebuild the testing environment. And what it can do is more than what several application software can do.
