台灣面版產業供應鏈管理與財務分析探討

在全球資訊電子大廠追求“專業分工”與“上下游垂直整合”的供應鏈環境下，我國資訊電子產業在進軍國際化的同時，要應進一步思考進入國際市場的競爭策略與目的。要使公司內部的核心能力不僅在於生產製造方面的競爭優勢，更要擁有全球行銷的經驗網絡佈局。供應鏈管理對現代資訊電子產業的重要性已無庸置疑。本研究主要目的在探討我國資訊電子產業(TFT LCD) 供應鏈管理與財務分析關係。並且以我國液晶面板製造為主的公司作為本文的主要探討對象。本研究的分析顯示，由於我國資訊電子廠商多為國際大廠的專業代工廠，然而專業及國際技術大廠的崛起，進而完全掌握產業標準的制定與市場的脈動。必需配合國際電子大廠以減低因高度分工所帶來的不確定性因素，加上資訊電子產品越來越短的生命週期，我國資訊電子廠商為了提昇競爭優勢，不得不實施供應鏈管理。

The information technology industry in Taiwan should take further steps to consider its competitive strategies and purposes for entering into the international market while it is heading towards internationalization under a supply chain environment featuring “specialization” and “vertical integration” pursued by major global IT manufacturers. The core competency of an IT company should not only lie in the competitive preference in production and manufacturing but also development of experienced global logistics. There is no doubt that supply chain management is crucial to IT industry in the modern world. The study aims at discussing supply chain management and financial analysis of domestic IT industry (TFT LCD). Several domestic TFT LCD manufacturers are taken as the major objects for discussions in this study. The analysis of this study indicates that the domestic IT manufacturers mainly act as OEMs for international manufacturers and the rise of professional and international manufacturers gives further preference to completely control the stipulation of industrial standards and market trends. Domestic manufacturers have to meet the requirements made by international IT manufacturers so as to reduce uncertain factors brought by high specialization. In addition, life cycles of IT products are getting shorter and shorter which facilitates the implementation of supply chain management in order to enhance the competitive preferences of domestic IT manufacturers.
