本研究計畫在Pro/ENGINEER繪圖軟體系統中,以Pro/TOOLKIT二次開發工具模組為主及Visual C++語言程式軟體為輔的整合應用下,開發出一套具有視窗介面的對話框系統。 本研究計畫將針對於標準機械零件的齒輪作為開發設計之研究,首先建立不同類型的齒輪參數關係式,利用Pro/TOOLKIT模組的內建函式庫指令,在Visual C++軟體環境下,以程式撰寫設計標準齒輪零件的功能表單和視窗介面的對話框元件屬性及連結,目前完成正齒輪、螺旋齒輪及斜齒輪之標準齒輪零件庫系統。 應用Pro/TOOLKIT模組設計標準機械零件庫系統,將使 Pro/ENGINEER使用者可以提高繪圖和設計效率,迅速的完成機械零 件,經由視窗介面的對話框,讓使用者可以不用經過學習也能有效的 操作完成零件設計,具有省時化、快速化、簡便化的特性,對於繪圖 領域中具有實質上幫助。
This project mainly applies Pro/TOOLKIT module and minor applies Visual C++ programming language in the Pro/ENGINEER drawing system. Both of them develop user interface(UI) dialog boxes system. This project will focus on gears about standard mechanical components to further research. At first, set up many different type and standard nominal size of gears and take advantage of Pro/TOOLKIT to create the gear parameter formula with different type. Secondly, in the system of Visual C++, use the Pro/TOOLKIT function library and C++ programming language, and design program to built screen menu and UI dialog box for the gear standard components and link all function together. A complete gear system(spur, helical and bevel) is built in this project. In order to raise the efficiency of drawing and design, we apply Pro/TOOLKIT to design a system of standard mechanical components. And, via the user interface(UI) dialog boxes system make users design the components without learning. It is simple, quick and do good on drawing field.
