本研究主要希望了解在工時表中,以何種的呈現結構能改善網頁展示資訊的方式及幫助使用者增加輸入資訊的效率。因此本研究的二個目的為1. 調查原有工時輸入系統之問題點。2. 經由實驗探討工時表輸入介面的設計原則。 在將原有的公司介面以問卷方式蒐集到資料之後,找出兩點最大的缺失:其一為專案選項太多, 專案代號與名稱視覺上很混雜很難選;其二為流程步驟問題。因此重新建立一個與原介面相同的工時表網頁,以及建立另一個針對問題點而改良的工時表網頁;將這二組工時表網頁給一般公司基層的工程師/設計師進行實驗 本次實驗結果顯示,在三個任務中的分別四個實驗結果,都顯示新工時表模擬介面確實比原有工時表模擬介面執行效率都高,包含客觀的實驗執行完成任務時間以及主觀的喜好評量。尤其是實驗操作者12位中有8位是具有原有工時表介面的操作經驗,在這樣的前提下還能有明顯顯著的差異,代表改善的介面成果是成功的。 在工時表介面設計中,需注意專案選項太多造成工程師/設計師點選不易,並進而排斥工時表系統,故此研究在頁面設計上將公司名稱及專案名稱分開,雖然多了一個步驟,卻大大減少篩選專案名稱的時間。由以上實驗結果顯示,新工時表模擬介面的確在客觀的數據上以及主觀的評量上獲得認同。
This research aims to understand how to improve the display layout information on the webpage and how to increase the effectiveness on input information on the “time report for working description”. The two purposes of this research are: 1. to investigate the problems of current “time report for working description” input system; 2. to explore the deign principles of the “time report for working description” input interface from the perspective of practice. This research used survey method to collect data from the current company interfaces and found out two main problems. One problem is that there are too many project items and it is difficult to choose. The other problem is the flow step. So this research tried to re-establish a new “time report for working description” webpage similar to the current one and establish another “time report for working description” webpage focused on the problems. These two webpages were used as the experiments for this research. The results of the experiments showed that new “time report for working description” interface has better effectiveness, including objective completing mission time and subjective favourite measurement, than current one. Eight of twelve participants were experienced on using current “time report for working description” interface and they also had positive attitudes and obvious difference. That means the improved interface was successful. According to the outcomes of the survey, too many project items made engineers / designers difficult to select and it was the main problem for them to use the “time report for working description” system. To solve this problem, this research separated the title of company and the name of project. Although one step was added, it decreased the time of selecting project name. From above description, new simulation interface for “time report for working description” did work well and much better.
