含插層土功能性奈米複合型水膠材料之製備與性質研究

摘要


本研究是利用N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm)/ (3-Acrylamidoprpyl)- trimethylammonium Chloride (TMAACl) 與不同比例的插層水滑石 (IHT)製備水膠。利用IHT 加入NIPAAm/TMAACl 單體中,使用APS 共聚合成的奈米複合水膠,目的在討論水膠的物理性質。我們之前發 表的研究通常在溶劑中製備膠體,是因為APS 和N,N,N’,N’,- tetramethylethylenediamine (TEMED)會使IHT 結塊沉降。在這研究中 我們利用TMAACl 作為緩衝劑,防止APS 與TEMED 使IHT 在水中 沉降。IHT 的細部結構與型態,利用XRD 及FTIR 測量得知。實驗 的結果顯示所製備的奈米複合水膠,其膨潤度隨著IHT 添加的比例 增加而下降。而膠體的強度及楊氏係數隨著IHT 的添加量上升。從 XRD 與FTIR 的測量結果得知利用2 倍陰離子交換當量 ( AEC ) 的 AMPS 可完全插層水滑石。最後膠體的藥物釋放也有被測量,結果顯 示咖啡因從膠體中釋放出的比例隨著IHT 的含量增加而減少。

A series of nanocomposite hydrogels were prepared from various molar ratios of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm)/ (3-Acrylamidoprpyl)- trimethylammonium Chloride (TMAACl) and various contents of intercalated hydrotalcite (IHT) in this study. The investigation of the influence of the extent of IHT in the NIPAAm/TMAACl nanocomposite hydrogels polymerizing with Ammonium peroxodisulfate (APS) on the physical properties is the main purpose in this article. Our previous study usually prepared IHT gel in the solvent, because the IHT was easily agglomerated with APS and N,N,N’,N’,-tetramethylethylenediamine (TEMED). In this study, we used TMAACl as buffer to prevent agglomeration of the IHT and diluted APS and TEMED with water. The microstructure and morphology of the IHT were identified with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and FTIR. The result showed that the swelling ratio for the present nanocomposite hydrogels decreased with increase in the IHT. The gel strength and Young’s modulus of the present gels increased with increase in the IHT. XRD and FTIR results indicated that the hydrotalcite were completely intercalated with AMPS in 2 times of anion-exchange content (AEC) of AMPS. Finally, the drug release behaviors for these gels were also accessed. Results show that the release ratio of caffeine in the hydrogels was decreased with an increase of the content of IHT.
