綠色環保規範下的PV產品設計流程之探討

摘要


由於近幾年來地球環境與氣候的改變越來越嚴重,因此各國人民對環保問題逐漸重視起來,而以2003年歐盟公佈的兩項環保指令最為有名也對電子電機相關產業衝擊最大,分別為「危害物質限用指令」(RoHS)與「廢電子電機設備指令」(WEEE) 兩項歐盟環保指令,在RoHS方面主要是說明產品不能超過歐盟所訂的鉛、鎘、汞、六價鉻、PBB、PBDE六大危害物質含量標準值,在WEEE方面則是說明產品廢棄物如何提升資源再利用的比例。 本論文首先在第二章針對兩項歐盟指令的法律規範與進度發展做一說明探討,接著以兩個部分說明並分析綠色產品設計原則。第一個部份在第三章說明產品在設計最初階段就必須注意符合RoHS、WEEE指令的要求,並且整理出符合綠色產品的設計原則。第二個部份在第四章以市面上消費性產品做個案分析。經由此一系統化流程分析,可以得知機構零件是否能符合歐盟綠色環保要求。並於第五章提出結論,也希望本研究能對電子電機相關產業在綠色產品開發設計過程上有所幫助。

In recent years, since the environment and climate change dramatically, different countries gradually pay attention to the environmental issues. Two Environmental Directives announced by the European Union (EU) in 2003 were the most well-known and they significantly influenced the industries of electronics and electric engineering. They were “RoHS” and “WEEE”. RoHS, established by EU, sets the standard for 6 hazardous substances (lead, cadmium, mercury, Cr6+, PBB and PBDE) in products. WEEE provides guidelines on increasing the recycling ratio from the wastes. This paper presents the statements and inquiry concerning the legal regulations and the pertinent progress and development of the two directives proposed by EU in Chapter 2. Then it illustrates and analyzes the design principles of green products in two parts. First, in Chapter 3 it states that the design of the product should conform to the requirements regulated in RoHS and WEEE in the initial stage and accordingly collates the design principles conforming to green products. Second, in Chapter 4 it embarks on the case analysis of the consumptive products in the marketplace. Through the systematic process of analysis, it can be ascertained that whether the parts of product’s construction conforms to the green requirements proposed by EU or not. Finally, in Chapter 5 it proposes the conclusions. This paper expects to promote and facilitate the process of the research and development of green products in the industries relating to electrons and electric machinery.
