摘要

本研究是以開發兩輛技術教育用熱空氣引擎車為目標，讓學生可藉由製作此本研究所開發的熱空氣引擎車學習與熱力學相關的知識與原理，並從製作加工的過程中磨練基本的加工技術，訓練學生發現問題並解決的能力。
熱空氣引擎是一種容易製作的引擎，很適合用於技術教育的教學上，有別於其他引擎，學生無法直接觀察其運作時內部移氣器與活塞運動的情形。本引擎車使用玻璃試管與玻璃針筒作為移氣器汽缸與動力活塞汽缸，讓學生能夠直接觀察引擎作動時移氣器與活塞的相對運動，本研究首先針對行程容積比、移氣器與汽缸長度比、流道大小、再生器等參數與引擎性能的關連性進行研究，進而設計出熱空氣引擎車。

The purpose of this research is to develop two hot air engine cars for technology education .Students can learn correlative engineering knowledge by making this engine can and their machining skills will be well trained in the making process . And train students to find problems and solving it .
Because hot air engine is one kind of engine that can be made easily .It is suitable to be used as a training course in the first step for the technology education in colleges .The hot air engine is different from other type engine .The displacer cylinder is made of glass test tube and the glass syringe are made as the power piston .The students can observe what happening inside the engine what the engine is operating . In this research we try to investigate the relations between the hot air engine characteristics and the design parameters , and base on the results .We designed and made a hot air engine car with a good performance .
