小型風力充電系統之開發

摘要


為了改善能源短缺與地球暖化問題,人們應積極地開發如風能、太陽能……等等,取之不盡、用之不竭的潔淨再生能源。目前國內已引進可與供電系統連結的大型風力發電系統,為了充分發揮已導入系統的性能,或自行研發更適合台灣本土風況的新型風力發電系統,必須培育充分瞭解風能特性,且具備開發新型系統能力的機電設計人才。因此,本研究室計畫配合台北市區風況,開發一套能在微風中啟動,且大小適合於教育現場展示的小型風力充電系統,以供進行風力能源系統設計開發人才之培育。   本研究針對在教育現場展示並用之進行教學的用途,開發出一套翼片數為4、迴轉半徑0.5m,可於2m/s微風下啟動,並在流入風速達4m/s時開始對6V蓄電池進行充電,且擁有基本的過度充電保護功能之小型風力充電系統,包含「高速螺旋槳型水平軸式風車」、「充電系統」、「發電量量測紀錄系統」與「旋翼型垂直軸式風車」四個部份,並對其效能進行測試。由測試結果顯示出本系統是一適合於台北市區風況下運作的小型風力充電系統,亦能夠在教育現場以工業電扇提供風源,進行教學展示,符合設計目標。

To make the problems of energy lacking and global warming better, people should positively develop clean and renewable energy like wind power and solar energy. Some huge wind turbine systems which can be connected with power supply systems have been introduced into Taiwan. To do justice to these systems, or to develop new wind turbine systems which are more appropriate for civil wind, it is necessary to train people to have sufficient understanding of the characteristics of wind and to have the ability to develop new wind turbine systems. So our lab planned to develop a battery charging system with small wind turbines. The system will be appropriate for using in Taipei city, i.e. can start in the breeze, and its size will be appropriate to be demonstrated in education field. Then this system can be used to train people for developing wind turbine systems. Aiming at the purposes of demonstrating in education field and helping teaching, we have developed and tested a battery charging system with small wind turbines, which has the following characteristics: 1.The wind turbines are four-bladed. 2.The revolution radiuses are both 0.5m. 3.The wind turbine can start in the breeze of 2m/s velocity. 4.The system will start to charge a 6V battery after the wind velocity is up to 4m/s. 5.The charging system can basically protect batteries from overcharging. This system contains four parts, a high speed propeller type horizontal wind turbine, a battery charging system, an output power measuring and recording system, and a gyromill type vertical axis wind turbine. According to the test result, this system is appropriate for operating in Taipei city, and can be demonstrated in education field by industrial electric fan. It fits in with the goal of designing.
