以夥伴關係管理概念建構一SOA之電子化採購系統

摘要


由於政府的推動,目前企業界已普遍採用電子化的採購系統,以提高便利性、減少採購成本以及提高交貨效率。但由於資訊科技的不斷創新,過去開發的系統與現在開發的系統大多會有語言、環境上的差異,因此大型企業欲整合內部的資訊系統的不一致,則面臨了重重的考驗。企業在面對舊有的系統以及新開發的服務系統,如何能夠避免重新開發就能整合所有系統以減少開發成本,並能夠快速的上線提供服務,進而創造競爭優勢,是企業界不斷在努力突破追求的。 本研究以服務導向架構(Service-oriented architecture, SOA)為基礎,並利用SOA之特性整合異質系統,將電子化採購系統與夥伴關係管理系統做結合,其目的在於提升電子化採購之管理層面,使得企業能夠與商業夥伴進行更好的互動與提供更適當之服務,以期收真正夥伴關係管理之效。最後以SOA之特性做SWOT分析歸納結論,將結果做為企業在做系統整合時的參考依據

As a result of government's impetus, the business community has purposes to enhance convenient, reduce purchase cost, and enhance delivery efficiency. They generally have used the E-procurement system at present. As the innovation of information and technology, there have difference of programming language and environment between old system and new developing system. The enterprises have many difficult while integrate difference of internal information system. When enterprise has old system and new developing system, how to reduce the development cost without re-development, and provide service rapidly to create competition advantage. That’s industries want to pursue. This research take Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) as a foundation, and using SOA characteristic to integrate different system to binding the E-procurement system and the partner relationship management system. The object is promoting management of the E-procurement system to make better interaction between enterprise and business partners and to provide suitable service. At last, we will do a SWOT analysis according to characteristic of SOA, and the result can be referred when enterprise implementing SOA.
