According to the literature review, the communication between pilots is the major reason of the human factor that causes flight incident. The communication between pilots is often influenced by the airline organizational culture; the communication between different pilot communities is also different. Therefore, this research is going to understand the impact on the communication between different pilot communities caused by the organization management culture. In order to complete this research, questionnaires were sent to the pilots of four major airlines in Taiwan. In this research, pilots are categorized into different pilot community by different population statistical variations, and then analyze the impact on the communication between different pilot communities caused by the organizational culture. After multiple regression analysis and fact analysis, the result of this research shows that the following pilot communities will be impacted by ‘innovating’ organizational culture: ‘Age: 25-39’, ‘Age: 50-59’, and position is ‘Captain’; and the following pilot communities will be impacted by ‘bureaucracy’ organizational culture: ‘Age: 40-49’, ‘Junior college graduated’, ‘University graduated’, ‘formerly military personnel’, ‘not formerly military personnel’, and ‘co-pilot’ in position.
