不同製程參數及鍍膜系統 (M/TiO2) 對光催化降解特性影響之研究

摘要


本研究探討在純基材(M)表面上以溶膠-凝膠法製備TiO2鍍層,其中基材分別為:Ti、Al、IF(interstitial free)鋼、Glass。Sol-gel方法製備TiO2鍍層須經過熱處理製程表面氧化膜由非晶質相轉變為銳鈦相(anatase),藉由控制熱處理製程參數保留TiO2前驅有機溶液中碳原子及不同之基材特性可以影響其光催化效果。本研究探討:直接加熱處理系統與階梯狀熱處理系統之光降解特性與親水特性。表面形貌、結構、成分分析及特性分析則是利用掃描式電子顯微術 (scanning electron microscopy; SEM)、X光繞射術 (X-ray diffractometry; XRD)、拉曼光譜術 (Raman spectroscopy)、輝光放電光譜術 (glow discharge optical spectrometry; GDOS)及紫外-可見光譜術 (UV-Vis spectroscopy)等儀器。結果發現:經由階梯狀熱處理方式進行加熱,可以保留較多TiO2前驅有機溶液所含之碳原子,並對光催化降解效果有增益效果,另外基材之親疏水性並非影響光催化降解之最大因素,還需考慮到基材本身發生原子熱擴散對其TiO2鍍層所造成的影響。

The preparation of TiO2 thin film on substrates by sol - gel TiO2 coating, M: Ti, Al, IF (interstitial free), Glass. Preparation of TiO2 Sol-gel coating process is subject to thermal processing of the surface oxide film from the amorphous phase into anatase phase (anatase). By controlling the annealing process parameters keep TiO2 precursor organic solution of carbon atoms and different substrate properties can affect the photocatalytic effect. The goal of this study: Direct heating system, stepwise heating system of the photodegradation properties and hydrophilic properties. Surface morphology, structure, composition analysis and characterization is the use of scanning electron microscopy (scanning electron microscopy; SEM), X-ray diffraction technique (X-ray diffractometry; XRD), Raman spectroscopy (Raman spectroscopy) , glow discharge spectroscopy (glow discharge optical spectrometry; GDOS) and UV - visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis spectroscopy). The results showed that: by way of stepwise heat treatment can keep more carbon atoms of TiO2 precursor organic solution, and the effect of photodegradation of a gain effect. The factor affecting the photodegradation is not only the substrate hydrophobicity but atomic thermal diffusion from substrates to TiO2 film.
