摘要


RFID的應用日趨廣泛,越來越多的物品都有RFID晶片,在金融方面,嵌有RFID晶片的信用卡相較於一般信用卡在使用上更具便利性,例如進行付款時可以不需將卡片遞交給店員使用,透過RFID無線讀取的特性即可消費,對於安全上也比較沒有疑慮;而幾乎人人皆有的悠遊卡,日前開放了可在便利商店消費的功能,使其在應用上更為方便,只要一卡在手即可搭大眾運輸系統,亦可至某些特定的店家使用悠遊卡消費。 然而更多人使用的紙鈔,卻一直苦於偽造等犯罪問題,雖然有些國家如歐盟、日本和德國等,皆有計畫將RFID與紙鈔做結合,但始終僅於實驗或傳聞階段,因此本研究擬探討如何將RFID與紙鈔做結合並利用匿名資訊來追蹤非法鈔票,提出可以兼顧安全性與隱私性的防偽機制。本研究亦將所提防偽機制應用於車牌合法性的辨識,利用RFID的特性將標籤嵌入車牌輔以光學資料配置在行照上,令偽造犯罪無所遁形,而在警察檢驗方面也比傳統方法更快速、方便,亦減少不必要的人力資源。

Nowadays, the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is widely used and there are more and more goods carrying RFID tags. In finance industry, the RFID-enabled credit cards are convenience in usage than general credit cards. The customer doesn’t need to give the card to clerk, just utilize the feature of RFID to process the payment via the wireless communication. Besides, it can reduce the security threats. A few days ago, the EasyCard owned by everyone provides the functions that not only can use the card to pay in the Convenience Store but also can take the public transportation system. However, the banknotes which more people are used have been suffering from crimes of forgery. Although some countries, such as European Union, Japan and Germany all of them have plans to incorporate the RFID tags into banknotes, but these are still rumors or experimental phases. Therefore, this thesis intends to propose an anti-counterfeit scheme in RFID-enabled banknotes and the scheme also provides tracing illegal banknotes by using anonymous information. In addition, the thesis applies the anti-counterfeit scheme to identify the legalities of the license plates. The method is embedding the RFID tags into the license plates and putting the optical data into the licenses. By this way, the rummage of the police is faster and more convenience than traditional method. And the scheme also can reduce unnecessary human resources.
