本研究之目的在於探討PC+ABS(Thermoplastics plastics)熱可塑性塑膠與TPU(Thermoplastic Urethane)熱塑性聚胺脂,使用雙料射出成型加工方法,運用在目前筆記型電腦機殼上。本研究將針對筆記形電腦產品中,屬於外觀之上蓋及LCD背蓋塑膠射出成型件,在模具開發流程中可能產生的問題點加以探討,發生成品翹曲變形及成型表面異常的現象加以分析,將目前用工業塑膠黏著彈性體塑膠的組合方式,改善成為一體成型的加工方式,以提高生產效率、不但品質提升且成本降低,運用為目前筆記型電腦企業界待開發的技術。 然而此方面的學術研究仍待開發,於是本研究針對電腦機殼上蓋運用PC+ABS(BAYER DP3008)和TPU (AVAON TPU80AT(U) )材料進行雙料射出成型從開發模具到試模量產階段所發生的問題點加以詳細描述及探討研究並且解決問題直到順利完成量產。 其成果將可使將提供今後設計同類模具的參考,嘗試建立一套開發準則藉由經驗技術的整合、CAD/CAM/CAE 的應用與實際模具開發來進行並對今後教育訓練與新產品開發上有所貢獻。
The purpose of this study is to address the problems of PC + ABS (Thermoplastics plastics) and TPU (Thermoplastics Urethane), using double injection molding method, in today’s notebook computers. This study will focus on notebook computer top cover-the appearance part of the structure and the LCD back cover plastic injection molded parts. In the mold development process, possible problems of warpage and places where finished abnormally to be explored and the adhesion between current use industrial plastic and elastomer to be analyzed in order to improving the molding process efficiency and product quality while reducing cost. It is an up rising technology that the notebook computer business is expecting to be developed. However, research in this regard was yet to be fully developed. For the computer case in this study will cover the use of PC + ABS (BAYER DP3008) and TPU (AVAON TPU80AT(U)) double injection molding. The problems arising from mold development stage to the tryout and mass production were described and studied in detail, and issues were resolved leading to a smooth production. The results will provide a reference for future design of similar attempt to establish a set of guidelines developed through the experience of technology integration, CAD / CAM / CAE applications to carry out the actual mold development and contribute to future education and training in new product development.
