桌上型電腦產品可靠度測試規範之研究

摘要


本文主題為桌上型電腦測試規範之研究,其內容將闡述目前產業界常用的相關可靠度需求及測試條件,並且將列舉同類型產品不同的測試需求、條件與相關規範。 文中將以桌上型電腦設備為例,從系統可靠度觀念切入以及整合。進而提供業界在產品設計階段,利用可靠度預估,以最省時省力的方式決定產品強度,判斷產品是否符合設計規格要求。電子零件在設計初期與試產階段須制定可靠度驗證計畫,利用可靠度計畫的實施,模擬電子元件與產品在使用環境中,經過一段時間後,是否能夠維持正常的操作及產品的保固。並且將可靠度試驗分為機構、環境、熱流、噪音測試等四大部分,從實際實驗的方式,進行一系列的相關設計驗證。 其中機構試驗包含了震動、衝擊、落下,以及環境試驗包含了高溫高濕、儲存溫度、溫度衝擊等。而熱流試驗目的是驗證系統散熱是否達到設計需求。噪音試驗包含了聲壓、聲功率、聲音品質的量測。而在本文中都會有詳盡的描述及相關實驗的介紹。 最後本文將整理出各項驗證條件需付出的時間與測試成本,有助於讀者在面對相關產品時,可以参考其中內容,並且因應實際情況包含成本考量去訂立適合的測試條件與可追尋的測試規範。

The purpose of this paper is to describe the testing standard of reliability for Desktop PC. The main contents include regular related requirements of reliability and test conditions in the field of science and technology; moreover, this paper lists some examples for the same types of products with different test requirements, conditions, and standards. Using illustrative examples from P, this paper explores and integrates from system reliability. Furthermore, the related industry can use the efficient and easy way of reliability to decide product strength and evaluate if products conform to the design standard in the design stage. In the initial design stage, the reliability validation of electronic components needs to be planned to simulate and verify if electronic components and products under different environment and long duration are able to keep the normal operation and product warranty. This paper divides the reliability validation into four parts including mechanical test, environmental test, Thermal test, and Acoustic test through actual experiments to implement a serial related validation. Mechanical test includes Vibration, Shock, and Drop. Environmental test includes High Temperature High Humidity, Storage Temperature, Thermal Shock and so on. The purpose of thermal test is to verify system heating solution able to meet design requirement. Acoustic test consists of sound pressure, sound power, and sound quality testing. This paper thoroughly describes the above tests and introduces the related experiments. In conclusion, this paper collects testing time and testing cost for every validation. It’s useful for readers to take reference and when encountering the related products, they can make appropriate testing conditions and standards with the actual situation and cost consideration.
