在快速變遷的新經濟時代裡,光是「企業e化」不足以滿足企業需求,若要做到即時性和機動性,還必須能夠做到「M化」(mobile)來改善企業流程,提升企業競爭力。本研究以創新擴散理論為基礎和系統動態學為研究方法,探討臺灣企業導入行動學習(mobile learning)的狀況,透過系統動態學的思考方式與建模過程,探討行動學習與已導入知識管理公司企業經營績效的關係,運用Vensim PLE軟體,來建構企業行動化之績效評估模型探討行動學習導入不同策略與績效指標相關變數之因果互動,本研究的系統動態學模型建構由四個構面組成:企業導入M-learning、企業資訊科技基礎、知識管理、創新擴散,模擬過程為48個月。在對各類型競爭態勢進行分析之後,可發現以下幾點: 一、企業欲導入M-learning時,導入初期的企業經營績效比較有優勢。 二、M-learning導入與公司企業經營績效呈現明顯同向變動的關係。 三、M-learning創新擴散效應能提升公司企業經營績效。 在進行模擬在各種不同的導入政策與交互作用所產生的結果之後,希望藉由這樣的分析協助企業在行動學習導入政策上能作出符合企業利益之決策。
