個人用行人導引裝置之通用設計

摘要


本研究之目的在藉由行人步行尋路過程中之需求探討,以通用設計角度設計適用於個人用之行人導引裝置。   研究分五階段進行。第一階段首先整理通用設計、行人導引系統、人性化介面設計考量、隨身裝置之定義等相關文獻,並歸納出可應用於個人用行人導引裝置操作介面之設計技巧。第二階調查行人步行尋路之流程,根據流程之各步驟設計問卷,並邀請一般人、視障者、高齡者進行問卷調查,最後共篩選出45項行人尋路之問題點。第三階段使用數量化IV類及群集分析,歸納出「安全性」及「資訊的不確定性」之行人尋路問題構成要因及七群問題。第四階段將七群問題轉換為使用者需求並列出可達成其目標之方案,接著透過通用設計原則之篩選,將篩選過之方案利用型態圖表進行概念設計之展開,最後提出二款概念設計。第五階段邀請一般人、高齡者及視障者三族群以日本中川聰之PPP(Product Performance Program)評價法進行概念設計之通用設計評價,結果顯示兩款設計皆符合通用設計且配置於腰部之概念設計的通用設計達成度較高。 研究中並發現不同族群之問題點間存在某種程度上之相似性,若能針對問題之共同性展開設計,也可期待同時解決了不同族群之問題,實踐通用設計之目標。

This research through discussing the requirements of pedestrians in the pathfinding process, tries to design the personal pedestrian guiding device of general use.   This research is divided into five stages. Stage 1: Discuss literatures related to general design, pedestrian guiding system, consideration of humanized interface design, interface design technology and using engineering of personal pedestrian guiding device, and collocate the design technology applicable to personal pedestrian guiding device operation interface. Stage 2: Investigate the pedestrian pathfinding process, and invite the common people, visually impaired people and old aged people to participate in questionnaire investigation, and finally select 45 pedestrian pathfinding questions. Stage 3: Use Quantitative IV categories and group analysis to find that the pedestrian pathfinding questions are composed of the two factors: safety and uncertainty of information. The questions are divided into 7 groups. Stage 4: Changes the 7 groups of questions into 7 expected targets, and works out the solutions helpful to reach these targets. Through selecting the universal design principles, develop the 2 conceptual design through the morphological chart of selected solutions. Stage 5: Invite common people, visually impaired people and old-aged people to evaluate the universal design of this research with the PPP Evaluation Method advanced by the Japanese designer Nakagawa Satoshi.   The following conclusions are made after the research: There may be certain similarities between the questions of different groups. Solutions are found out to resolve different groups’ problems which seem different, in order to realize the purpose of universal design.
